2014 Lake Elsinore GRAND PRIX SATURDAY & SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8th & 9th 2014 Lake Elsinore Diamond, 500 Diamond Dr. Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 VENDOR APPLICATION Storm Events is now accepting vendor applications for the 46th Annual Lake Elsinore Grand Prix. The LEGP is a diverse 7-mile course that runs through the streets and foothills of Lake Elsinore. Each year, this lakeside course delivers intense thrills and occasional spills to thousands of fans that line the race. The 2013 Grand Prix will be based at the Lake Elsinore Diamond (Storm Stadium). Just off the 15 freeway, exit on Diamond Dr. and head west. The Diamond is located on the right hand side between Pete Lehr Dr and Malaga. To apply please submit the application and fee. Storm Events reserve the right to accept or deny any application. BOOTH INFORMATION 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. All booths are 10’X10’ (Tables, canopies and chairs are not included.) Artisan, crafter and vendor booth spaces are determined by order application was received, availability of location desired, payment and communication with Vendor Chair. Booth set up begins at Noon on Friday – and take down at 4:00 pm on Sunday. Storm Events reserves the right to refuse booth space to applicants. Upon refusal, application fee will be returned within 7-10 days of receipt. Booth space is limited and sold on a first-come first-serve basis. All decorative materials (decorations, drapes, backdrops, and props) shall be either inherently flame retardant or labeled as such or shall be treated with a flame retardant that is registered with the California State Fire Marshal. Membrane structures, tents or canopies shall have a permanently affixed label bearing the identification of size and fabric or material type. Storm Events are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Vendors only allowed personal food. No food or beverage for public usage unless approved by Storm Events.
