I worked at the Post Office for 20 years. I was a
single parent and like most parents I wanted to
give my son the best. I worked 6 days a week,
10 hours a day, every holiday. I was introduced
to network marketing in 1980. Time and financial
freedom are something I truly wanted.
Trabajé en la oficina postal por más de 20 años. Soy madre
soltera y como la mayoría de los padres, quería darle a mi hijo
lo mejor. Trabajaba 6 días a la semana, 10 horas al día, cada
día festivo. Ingresé en el mundo del multinivel en 1980, tiempo y libertad financiera era lo que yo realmente quería.
Several years ago I thought I had finally made it. I
was a part of a network marketing company.
I gave them my all. I had reached the very top
rank in the company and thought this was it! About the same time I got married and thought it
just couldn’t get any better. Unfortunately, everything got extremely worse. Within what seemed like days the company I
trusted and worked so hard for, for a couple of
years snatched the rug right from under me because of a disagreement with another top leader. Accusations were made and without having
any opportunity to defend myself all my income
was taken away in an
instant. To top that, I
woke up in a nightmare of a marriage that I
had to leave quickly. I found myself in a
whirlwind. I could
not think. I was for
the first time in my
life so devastated I
no longer wanted
to live. A very dear
friend took me in
and gave me safe
refuge for a couple
of years. I lived in
one room after
having lived in my
own 4 bedroom
house before my
marriage. It was
difficult to even get
out of bed. I was in
a deep depression.
Años atrás pensé que había logrado mi sueño. Fui parte de
una compañía de Multinivel, me dediqué completamente a
ellos. Logré el rango más alto en la compañía y pensé que
eso era mi límite, además al mismo tiempo me casé y realmente llegué a pensar que mí vida no podía ser mejor.
Desafortunadamente, todo comenzó a empeorar. Los buenos
días en la compañía a la que le había dado tanto, terminaron. Me botaron sin darme explicaciones, todo por un desacuerdo con otro líder. Me acusaron y sin darme la oportunidad para defenderme, me quitaron todo el dinero que había
obtenido con varios años de trabajo, en un instante me quedé
sin nada, aparte mi matrimonio se había convertido en una
pesadilla que sabía que debía terminar lo más pronto posible.

had been blessed with just months before and no

Hello, my name is Tiffany Williams and I am 21
years old. Before I begin to tell you about me, I
would like to give honor and glory to my Creator, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ. Because
without him, I’m nothing, but through Him, I am

My sister called me about a business opportunity in late December, a week later, on January
5th, 2009, I received a call that my job assignment would end in 30 days. I began to worry
about my possible lack of income, but I decided
that it must be a sign from God, and I stood on
my faith.

En lo que si estoy totalmente de acuerdo, es que ésta, es la

A los 50 años controlamos mejor nuestras emociones, somos
mentalmente maduros, más analíticos, sabemos abordar de
manera inteligente los obstáculos, concentrándonos en la
búsqueda de las soluciones.
Fifty years old; the golden years. Many would think
completing this fifth decade is the beginning of the end of our
existence; nothing further from the truth.
What I do agree with is that this is truly the golden age because of the great wealth of knowledge, experience, and wisdom
that can turn a 50-year-old person into someone who has all
the strength and boldness to become a successful, wealthgenerating entrepreneur.
At 50, we are able to better control our emotions. We are mentally more mature, more analytic, and we can deal with our
issues in a smarter way, focusing on finding solutions.
By the time of my first 50th birthday, I was experiencing
very difficult times. I had worked as a Federal customs
officer in Mexico for more than 25 years. Nevertheless, one
day, out of the thin air, they just let me go; I had lost my job
overnight. It felt like the entire world was crumbing on me, as
if it was over for me.
Cuando llegue a mis primeros 50 años de vida, pasé por
momentos muy difíciles. Por más de 25 años me desempeñé como Funcionario Federal en Administración Aduanal en México. Un día inesperadamente me dieron las gracias, de la noche a la mañana me quedé sin empleo, sentí
que el mundo se me venia encima, parecía que todo estaba
acabado.
Tenía una esposa y dos hijos que mantener y recuerdo muy bien que llegué a mi casa con una
profunda tristeza. Sin experiencia en el sector privado y tristemente considerado por muchos, un
viejo en su etapa de retiro, yo sabía que me iba a
ser muy difícil conseguir un buen trabajo.
I had a wife and two sons to support. I can still remember getting home that day. The sadness in my heart was overwhelming. With no experience whatsoever in the private sector and
sadly labeled by some as “an old man waiting to retire,” I knew
it was going to be very hard for me to get a good job again.
Those were tough, instable times, but thanks to
my faith and enthusiasm –which I never lost-, my
wife’s support, and my sons’ love, we overcame
adversity together, as a family. We implemented
what today is the Network Marketing concept as
we started a multilevel system in our company.

My first recruit was my wife and later my sons, who back then
were only children. This eventually derived in what today is
known as THE GREAT ARDYSS FAMILY. Thanks to God’s
infinite love, we began our entrepreneurial story on October 8,
1990 in the Mexican city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Today, when I look around me, I can see with great
pride and satisfaction the great company we created and, most importantly, its ongoing, daily growth,
always working hard and sharing and preserving
the love and unity of our family, a motto that has
always been with us and became the cornerstone
of our company.
To all my peers and friends on their way to turning fifty, I would
say that today is just the beginning; it is a new dawn rising for
us. Let’s keep building dreams, transforming lives, creating,

En 1991, Miguel Narváez comenzó en
Ardyss, como almacenista, por su enorme
desempeño consigue el puesto de Responsable de Compras y hacia 1992 decide
arriesgarse y viajar a España, para abrir el
Mercado Europeo. Dos años después, forma junto con 40 personas, lo que hoy en día
es el Mercado en EU, con lo cual alcanza el
puesto de Director General.
Miguel Narvaez story with Ardyss begins in 1991 when he
started as a warehouse clerk. Due to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to purchasing supervisor, and
by 1992, he decided to take a chance and travel to Spain
to open the European market. Two years later, he created
what today is the US market along with other 40 people. This
event brought him the CEO position.
By 2006, Miguel Narvaez becomes a leader and he soon develops his organization, which expanded over Nevada, New
York, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico. In the real
estate business he achieved personal acknowledgement
and positioning. However, Miguel was not exempt from the
fall of the markets and his financial stability crashed down
too, causing him to lose his multiple investment properties,
and worst of all, his family. Divorce struggles and the separation of his family depressed him but never beat him.
At those times of such instability, Ardyss International emerged as a lifesaver. “Ardyss was that
light of hope, the fresh start I needed. If I had
done it before, there was no reason I couldn’t
do it again.”
Hacia 2006, Miguel Narváez se convierte

I’m Maria de Jesus Ramirez and I’m from a

Baja California Norte. I never thought my life

My name is Norma Alicia Ceceña and I’m from
Obregón, Sonora (México). For a long time, my
