PRICING GUIDE 2016 Prestige Banking Prestige Banking is a banking solution for people that are serious about success Prestige Banking comprises of a holistic offering that caters for every stage of your life. This offering is delivered through a dedicated Prestige Team. The Prestige team provides you with the convenience of making an appointment to meet in branch with a banker and discuss your portfolio of products, and how you can best meet your future financial goals. Prestige Banking allows you to have greater flexibility to engage with the bank through the Prestige virtual team, for your day to day banking needs and queries. Also included in the Plus option are: • Annual credit card fee, excluding loyalty programmes • Secondary credit card – sharing the main credit card limit (should your spouse or life partner prefer a separate credit card account with their own limit they can apply in their own name and will be subject to the normal application and approval process and a fee structure) • Electronic provisional and 30-day statements from an AutoPlus • Formal emailed statements • Will safe custody • TravelWallet activation, loading and reloading • Free direct delivery of foreign notes and TravelWallet • Stop payments. 3 Secondary Prestige account Prestige Banking also offers a secondary Prestige current account for your spouse or life partner with access to the same services and transactional benefits at a reduced monthly fee of R132,00. Your spouse or life partner will receive: • Their own Prestige Plus current account operating as a separate account with the same transactions bundle included • The account can be opened in the name of the main account holder, or that of the spouse or life partner • Their own MasterCard® Titanium Cheque card. Need an account for your child? We realise that your child requires banking which is affordable, convenient and meets their individual financial needs. A R10.00 monthly fee will be charged if you would like to add additional Cellphone numbers to receive MyUpdates Notifications Tips on how to manage your account The following tips will assist you in banking faster and cheaper – at your own convenience: • Use the Standard Bank Mobile App, Internet or Cellphone Banking on your smartphone to transfer funds, pay beneficiaries, buy airtime, check balances and much more. • Open your Savings and Investments account using Internet Banking or the AutoPlus. • In order to avoid paying the cheque or cash deposit fee, rather try to have deposits paid electronically into your account. • Avoid issuing cheques, it is cheaper to do an electronic transaction. • Remember to always use Standard Bank ATMs to avoid paying additional fees for using other banks’ ATMs. • Use your cheque, credit or debit card to make in-store payments or purchase online with either your cheque or credit card. • Avoid administration fees by ensuring that there is always sufficient money to cover any expenses off your account. You can carefully monitor the funds in your account by obtaining your account balance as often as you need on Cellphone, Internet Banking or on the Standard Bank Mobile App. Remember Cellphone, Telephone, Internet Banking balance enquiries are free. • Use our Internet pricing calculator to ensure that you are on the most suitable pricing option given your transacting needs. • You can be confident that you’ll always make the most of your investment by investing in one of our deposit products.
