Terms and Conditions
For a $10 or $20 rebate, purchase a Hoover® Upright Vacuum. Qualifying products must be purchased between Febuary 5 through Febuary 12, 2012. Purchase
price determined by amount paid not including sales tax, but including all other
discounts, based on store receipt. Limit 2 rebates per household. Submit this
completed rebate form, dated ORIGINAL sales receipt for proof of purchase
(circle qualifying product(s) purchased), and the UPC barcode(s) cut from the
box. Handwritten and copies of receipts and UPC barcodes will not be accepted.
Rebate forms that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with the Terms
and Conditions of this offer will be rejected. Your rebate form must be submitted
