Thursday, March 21: 5pm to 7:30pm
(Preview Night)
Friday, March 22: 10am to 8pm
Saturday, March 23: 10am to 8pm
Sunday, March 24: 11am to 5pm
PUBLIC SHOW ADMISSION:
$9 at the door
$8 in advance
Youth 15 and under free with adult.
EXHIBIT SPACE RATES:
$8.00 per square foot
10’ x 10’ = $800
10’ x 20’ = $1,600.00
Exhibits 300 sq. ft.
or larger = $7.60 per sq. ft.
Corner Spaces $100 additional
for each
* Rates do not include floor
covering, tables or electricity.
Floor covering is required for
all exhibit space.
SPACE RENTAL INCLUDES:
• 8’ high drape background and
3’ low drape dividers

and follow-up, creating an eye catching exhibit, etc.)

EXHIBITOR ID BADGES & SHOW
SPECIAL ADMISSION TICKETS:
Each exhibitor receives ID badges
to allow their staff to work their
space at the show. In addition,
each exhibitor receives five
complimentary tickets per 100
square feet of exhibit space. These
tickets can be used for additional
staff, customers, friends and family,
or promotional incentives.
INSURANCE:
Participating companies are
required to provide an insurance
certificate covering liability for exhibit
contents,personnel and show
guests within the exhibit space.
The certificate should list Southern
Shows Inc. as an additional insured.
EXHIBITOR PARKING:
Two parking permits will be issued
for a 10x10 exhibit space. Each
additional 10x10 exhibit space will
be issued one permit. These permits
allow in and out parking during the
show. Additional parking permits
may be purchased for $6 at the
show office.

EXHIBIT SPACE LEASE RATES
$8.00 per square foot
10’ x 10’ = $800 • 10’ x 20’ = $1,600.00

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received
60 days prior to the show will be refunded any sum over the
required 50% deposit. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations
received less than 60 days prior to the show. Cancellations which
occur within 48 hours of Southern Shows Inc. receipt of the
application and deposit shall receive a full refund.
NC SALES AND USE TAX
All exhibitors transacting sales at the show will be required to provide
show management with a NC Sales and Use Tax number.

NEW EXHIBITORS
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the space must accompany
this application. Pictures or printed material showing products/ services planned for the exhibit must be included for space assignment to
occur. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
