Letter f rom 2016 CSMFO
Pr esident John Adams
Dear Exhibitor/Sponsor,
Thank you for being a supporter of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers
(CSMFO). I’m really excited about our 2016 Annual Conference, A Finance Life for
Me, being held March 1-4 at the Disneyland Resort Hotel. I hope you are too.
At CSMFO, we try to keep our registration
costs really reasonable for our government
attendees—and we know the only way
we’re able to continue to do that is with the
support of our exhibitors and sponsors. We
sincerely appreciate the value you bring to
our membership, both in your products/
services and financial support. To show
our appreciation we have been working
hard this year to offer you more for your
sponsorship dollars.
To that end, you’ll notice we’ve added
some extra benefits to this year’s exhibitor
and sponsorship packages. In early 2016
CSMFO will be rebranding its MiniNews
into the CSMFO Magazine. By
becoming a 2016 Diamond Jubilee or
Diamond exhibitor, your company will be asked to present a feature cover article in
2016. In addition, we have also added a “Case in Point” feature to the Diamond
level, where CSMFO will give you a meeting room to hold your own half-hour
presentation.
And there’s more! We have added a Sapphire exhibitor and sponsorship level, as well
as enhanced all other categories. Please read all the benefits associated with the level
you choose, to make sure you’re taking advantage of everything and getting the most
out of your sponsorship dollars. All the news about our new offerings and your possible
levels of participation are enclosed in this Exhibitor Packet.
I look forward to welcoming you back to CSMFO in March, to The Happiest Place On
Earth.
Yours,
John Adams

Why Exhibit At CSMFO?
When you exhibit at the CSMFO Annual Conference, you will be provided with many opportunities to build
and develop quality relationships with your current clients and prospects. You will meet face-to-face with many
government officials in California.
Take advantage of the CSMFO Annual Conference to:
• Reach the largest range of government finance officials;
• Introduce and advance new products and services;
• Gain exposure to government finance officials, decision-makers and key personnel.
The exhibit hall sells out early each year, so register now!
Exhibit Hall Location
The location of the exhibit hall is at the Disneyland Resort Hotel in Anaheim, California.
Exhibitor Booth Selection
Booth selection shall begin on Wednesday, January 6, 2016. Booth selection priority is given according to
sponsorship level and date of registration. CSMFO will make every effort to place exhibitors in the areas of their
choice; however, CSMFO does reserve the right to place or relocate any exhibitor based on what is best for the

After the conference day ends, get on your
Disneyland attire and head over to Disneyland.
All registrants will receive a Twilight Ticket
to Disneyland (good 5pm until park closes).
Specifics about how to pick up your tickets will
be included in your registration packets. (Extra
Twilight Tickets can be purchased through
CSMFO’s discounted ticket link. These special
ticket prices are not available once you arrive at
the Resort. Our ticket store closes at 9:00 pm on
Sunday, February 28, 2016.)
After Disneyland closes to the general public,
join CSMFO as we section off a piece of the park
for a private event just for us! Enjoy desserts,
drinks, a DJ and unlimited access to Pirates of the
Caribbean and Indiana Jones. This is an event
not to be missed! Attendance at the after party is
included as part of your conference registration,
but you MUST indicate if you are attending this
event. Additional guest tickets for the after party
are available for $65 each on the CSMFO
registration page.
Exhibitors & Sponsors, please note:
Due to the nature of the Thursday evening event
and since the CSMFO after party won’t start until
9:30 pm, we are allowing Thursday evening as
another opportunity for you to schedule your own
reception or dinner and network one-on-one with
your customers.
