Life Care Center of Tullahoma will host the March Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce membership Coffee at 11
a.m. Tuesday, March 22.
Located at 1715 N. Jackson
St., the facility has served Tullahoma and Coffee County for 41
years, giving locals the chance
to recover from illness or surgery
close to home.
As always, the Coffee will
feature refreshments, door prizes
and giveaways.
Life Care Center of Tullahoma
is part rehab center, part longterm care. It offers skilled nursing services 24/7, as well as
inpatient and outpatient options
for physical, occupational and
speech therapies. Its in-house
team of therapists has more than
100 years of combined experience.
Residents and outpatients

AMBASSADOR SPOTLIGHT
Bryan McAdams is the managing partner, licensed embalmer, and funeral director for the Tullahoma
Funeral Home. Bryan is originally from Maryville, Tennessee. He is a 2008 graduate of Alcoa High School
and a 2009 graduate of John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science. Bryan has been around the funeral
business since he was thirteen years old and his family has had a long history in the business. Growing up
following the footsteps of his grandfather in the funeral profession, he realized early on the opportunity for
service to members of his community in their time of need. Bryan and his wife, Kaitlyn have two daughters,
Brylyn and Madison. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and fishing.
Bryan is a member of King’s Cross Church, the Tullahoma Noon Rotary Club, and is very active with the
Tullahoma Chamber of Commerce. “I enjoy being an Ambassador because it allows me to stay involved
with my community and help our community grow.” The best advice Bryan has been given is to “Be the
change that you want to see in the world.”

Work based Learning Program
Work Based Learning students from Tullahoma High School
would like to thank C.E.O. partners: Life Care Center of Tullahoma,
The Tullahoma News, and Workforce Solutions for supporting this
rewarding program. We would also like to thank the City of Tullahoma for all of their tremendous financial support for the Work
Based Learning program. We appreciate all the countless hours they
have graciously given, demonstrating their belief in our students,
and helping our students’ transition into the workforce for their
future careers.
The purpose of the Work Based Learning Program is to educate,
encourage, and develop confident “at risk” students, who will then
be prepared for the work place. These students are given an opportunity to shine, as they are placed in a worksite of interest, where
C.E.O. mentors become natural support. The students are paid for
working 8 to 10 hours a week. The C.E.O. partners, along with
other mentoring businesses, can be seen on any given day helping
the students to be successful.
Mentors are also a large part of our annual Transition Fair.
Local agencies from Coffee and surrounding counties are on hand
to educate parents and students on all of the support available to
them as they transition from high school to real life.
With the assistance of Harton
Regional Medical Center, several Work Based Learning students are now CPR certified.
