Please ensure that the number bib is visible. Tampering with the race number bib in any way (e.g. obscuring/removing sponsor’s Please do not fold the number bib as it will damage the timing device which is attached to your number bib. Please avoid leaving valuables in the car Even though reasonable measures will be taken to ensure the safety of the car, the Organizer will not responsible for any mishaps. All uncollected prizes will be forfeited. 10) GOODIE BAG Goodie bags are to be collected at goodie bag canopy as indicated within the venue layout after you have completed the run by producing your race number bib. All uncollected goodie bag will be forfeited. 11) CERTIFICATES 11.1 the competitive categories (A – F) to download. 11.2 category participants. 11.3 No claims will be entertained thereafter. 12) RUNNING ROUTES Lanes will be dedicated for runners by using cones when necessary. Please abide by the instruction by the Traffic Police officer and route marshals at all times. 13) DRINK STATIONS 13.1 4 drink stations will be set at about 3km, 5.5km, 7.5km and 9.5km mark on the 11.2km route set for the competitive categories. 13.2 1 drink stations will be set at about 2.5km for the 5km fun run route. 14) MEDICAL AID 14.1 There will be medical personnel within an ambulance patroling the runner’s route 14.2 All injured runners will be brought to the sick bay at the venue where the doctor will diagnose the severity of the injury.
