Carles Escolar`s pure intent to continue the
tradition of being one of the greatest producers in this great wine-producing area
Montsant in the mountains south of Barcelona. He continues to set some of the highest
standards of wine making for any cooperative in the world.

The finish is very fruity, but I believe, its
love and care for old wine plants, the hard
work in the vineyards that makes our wines
so famous. The winery produces this fantastic bib from a blend of Garnacha, Cariñena,
Tempranillo and Syrah.
