Situated in the centre of the island of Cavallino and
directly overlooking the sea, Europa Camping Village is
a pearl of the Cavallino-Treporti nature park.
The island of Cavallino provides a green oasis where
you can live life at your own pace and recharge your
batteries! It is the perfect location for a holiday in close
contact with nature thanks to its splendid, typical
environment characterised by maritime pines, sand
dunes and a backdrop of clear blue sea.
Water park
Our Water Park is our pride and joy.
Reserved for the use of campsite guests, it boasts four
different pools to provide an infinite range of fun.
There’s a hydromassage pool for your wellbeing, a
fun-packed pool for the kids, a pool with exciting
slides and water games and, for the sport-oriented,
a 25 metre heated pool that can be used even in
colder weather.
And our pool-side kiosk is always open to serve
refreshing drinks, delicious ice creams and even
romantic aperitifs at sunset!

Experience the joy of life in one of the most suggestive
locations of the Upper Adriatic! Our long beach is
equipped with plenty of umbrellas and loungers.
Fine, golden sand and a beautifully clean, shallow sea
(Blue flag award) make our beach perfect for younger
guests, who are also served by a sand games area.
You can relax, play beach volley or beach soccer, join
in a wide range of sports activities and even hire
surfboards and canoes.

To make life in our village as simple as possible,
when you register on arrival, we give you a practical
microchip bracelet you can use for all your
purchases. There’s no need to carry cash or
cards around with you.
You can charge your My Pass bracelet at
Reception and use it in all shops,
restaurants and bars in the village.
For parents, it’s added security!
And for kids, the bracelet
even works as a locator,
so Mum and Dad always
know where you are. Getting lost is impossible!
Apart from dedicated accommodation, guests
holidaying with their dogs enjoy use of our
pet-friendly Roy Dog Beach. Specially
organised for the contentment of your four legged
friend, this section of sand is located on the beach
right in front of the village, and includes a reserved
area with all the services guests with pets could
possibly require. Roy Dog Beach provides your
dog with a beach umbrella, right size lounger, food
and water bowls and even showers.
Our mascot, Iupy
Who is Iupi?
Iupy the turtle was found on the beach by an English
boy named Tom. When Tom arrived, he was a timid little
chap and afraid of everything, but his friendship
with Iupy the turtle gave him a new belief in himself
and a new-found confidence. Iupy came to us from far,
far away. He must have got lost or escaped from a ship
that was taking him to a zoo where he would probably
have spent the rest of his life in a cage. Here at
Europa Camping Village, Iupy is happy and has plenty
of company. Iupy’s educated
too! He’s been to university!
He graduated with honours
from Turtle University and
is now busy teaching young
turtles how to survive,
deal with currents on their
travels and grow big and
strong.

friends?
Iupy’s best friend is JOHN “THE
BOMB”, a big fat, carefree and
happy turtle who loves to have fun and enjoy himself. John’s
favourite food is toasted sweet corn and he’s always got a piece
with him. Another of Iupy’s friends is a Newser the pink
flamingo. He’s a journalist and has even founded his own
newspaper: the Seven Seas Gazette. NEWSER travels all over the
world and comes home with wonderful nature stories from the
places he visits.

for each unit is the maximum permitted
number (including adults and children).
Accommodation units must be vacated by
10:00 a.m, otherwise one additional night
will be charged on your bill. and only if the
accomodation will be available one night
more.

Minors cannot enter the Campsite unless accompanied by adults who are legally responsible for them.
The dogs are allowed on the beach in the “roy dog
beach”, but bathing is not allowed.
Only the guests who have checked out previous day
are allowed to leave from 7 a.m.
Departures between 11.00 P.M. and 7.00 A.M. are not
allowed.

Our reservation office will always take your preference into consideration and if possible will try to meet your wish, but you will know the exact
number of your emplacement only upon your arrival in the campsite. By booking we guarantee the type of bungalow and the period of your stay.
The number of the booked unit will be assigned only at the beginning of your stay.
CANCELLATION PITCHES ON RESERVATION
If you wish to cancel a booking of a Pitch on reservation (€ 200,00) you will be entitled to 80% reimbursement of the deposit, provided
that cancellation (by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 20% shall be retained
as penalty. No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of a booking during the 29 days before the beginning of the stay or in the
event of failure to arrive.
CANCELLATION ACCOMODATIONS
Guests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid (30% of the full amount of the reservation) if written
notification is sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE via letter, fax or email at least 30 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking.
EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will nonetheless have the right to retain the sum of € 100.00 to cover reservation costs.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notifi cation sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE between 29 days and 15 days before the
date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. The remaining 50%, with a minimum amount
of € 100.00, will be retained by EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE as penalty.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notifi cation sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE 14 days or less before the date of arrival
stated on their booking and guests who do not turn up will have no right to a refund and EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will keep the
deposit paid as penalty.
• The accomodation will be ready for occupation from 05.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on the day
of departure. The pitch will be ready for occupation from 03.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 12.00 a.m. on the
day of departure
• no animals are admitted in the Ecolife Houses, in the Bungalows, in der Ecolife Units nor in the rent Maxi-Caravans except for
Maxi-caravans Chalet ROY and in the Bungalow TORO 123
• In case of late arrival please inform the staff of the campsite by telephone; otherwise the accomodation or the pitch will be held over
until 03.00 p.m. next day, at latest
• The full amount must be paid for the entire period reserved, even in the event of late arrival or earlier departure
• Each accomodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the demage.
Replacements and repairs are reserved to the management
• Final cleaning is not included. For the Maxi-caravans Chalet ROY and Bungalow TORO n. 123 compulsory disinfection’s charge €
30,00. If the accomodation is not clean at the departure, the client will be charged with cleaning costs (€ 40,00)
• The final reservation implies the tacit acceptance of the above mentioned terms.
• Price list and camping rules form an integral part of these “Booking Conditions”.
PAYMENT
MYPASS (ID BRACELET WITH MICROCHIP) must be presented on payment.
We suggest you settle your account the day before departure at the Cahier’s Office: 8 am - 12 am / 4 pm - 7 pm
Payment can be made in cash (the amount admissible by law) or by CartaSi, Mastercard, Eurocard and VISA.
Guests can be collect their proof of indentity documents at the time of departure by showing the receipt for payment and handing all the
MYPASS (bracelets) and CAR PASS.
