family. Live music, a miniclub, shows and unforgettable
summer parties under the stars will give a touch of
magic to your holiday, adding warmth and a party
atmosphere to evenings on the beach, at the swimming
pool or in the green of the holiday village.
And to make sure everyone can get a good night’s
sleep, the music and noise stop at 11 p.m.!

Village offers an infinite range of possibilities - tennis,
bowls, sailing and windsurfing, five-a-side beach football

swimming in a 25 m pool, not to mention the wellmarked path for running with a fully equipped 1350 m
circuit.
Then there are lessons “in movement” for everyone tennis for children and aquagym, spin bike, stretching

wallet at home. When you register, you’ll be given a
practical bracelet with microchip you can use for
all your purchases, so you can leave your wallet and
valuables at home. You can charge your My Pass at
the cash office and use it in all camping village shops,
the restaurant and the bar. Added peace of mind for
parents... for children, the bracelet also acts
as a tracker so mum and dad will always
know where they can
find their kids!

Welcome Fido!
Your pets need a holiday too! Your dog is welcome at
the Europa Camping Village! For guests on holiday with
their pets, the camping village offers not just special
accommodation, but also the pet-friendly Roy Dog
Beach. Organised specifically with pets in mind, the
beach is on the coast in front of the village in a reserved
area with all facilities specifically for your furry friends.
The Roy Dog Beach provides dogs with beach
umbrellas, right-size loungers, food and water bowls
and even showers. For a made-to-measure holiday for
them too!

Welcome you
Who is Iupy?
Iupy the turtle was found on the beach by
an English boy named Tom. When Tom arrived,
he was a timid little chap and afraid of
everything, but his friendship with Iupy
the turtle gave him a new belief in himself
and a new-found confidence. Iupy came to
us from far, far away. He must have got
lost or escaped from a ship that was taking
him to a zoo where he would probably have
spent the rest of his life in a cage. Here at
Europa Camping Village, Iupy is happy and
has plenty of company. Iupy’s educated too!
He’s been to university! He graduated with
honours from Turtle University and is now
busy teaching young turtles how to survive,
deal with currents on their travels and
grow big and strong.
Iupy’s best friend is JOHN “THE BOMB”, a big fat,
carefree and happy turtle who loves to have fun
and enjoy himself. John’s favourite food is toasted
sweet corn and he’s always got a piece with him.
Another of Iupy’s friends is a Newser the pink
flamingo. He’s a journalist and has even founded
his own newspaper: the Seven Seas Gazette. NEWSER
travels all over the world and comes home with
wonderful nature stories from the places he visits.

In 2016, we are beginning a programme to completely
modernise our sanitary facilities. This will start from
Area 3000 and will end in the 2017 season.
The new Europa Camping Village sanitary facilities
are a definite step forward in improving the quality
and comfort we offer our guests. To do this, we have
increased the size of all toilet and shower cubicles,
introduced cubicles with washbasins and created
complete private bathroom cubicles available for
booking. There will also be a special children’s area
designed specifically for their needs and size, together
with a nursery for the youngest guests equipped with
all comforts.
To confirm our constant close attention to the
environment, we will be making the structures energy
efficient with photovoltaic panels built into the roof and
a rainwater-recovery system to maximise use of energy
and drinking water.

A village in the village - seven semi-detached holiday homes designed and
constructed to offer modern and above all sustainable architecture. All
materials have been studied and chosen with particular attention to
environmental compatibility, raw materials, heat insulation, soundproofing and
colours. Maximum attention has also been concentrated on reducing energy
consumption by using solar panels and magnetic induction cookers.
The Ecolife houses offer particular services and accessories at the forefront

The dogs are allowed on the beach in the “roy dog
beach”, but bathing is not allowed.
Only the guests who have checked out previous day are
allowed to leave from 7 a.m.
Departures between 11.00 P.M. and 7.00 A.M. are not
allowed.

Our reservation office will always take your preference into consideration and if possible will try to meet your wish, but you will know the exact
number of your emplacement only upon your arrival in the campsite. By booking we guarantee the type of bungalow and the period of your stay.
The number of the booked unit will be assigned only at the beginning of your stay.
CANCELLATION PITCHES ON RESERVATION
If you wish to cancel a booking of a Pitch on reservation (€ 200,00) you will be entitled to 80% reimbursement of the deposit, provided that
cancellation (by letter, fax or e-mail) reaches Europa Camping Village at least 30 days before the date of arrival; 20% shall be retained as
penalty. No reimbursement shall be paid to cancellations of a booking during the 29 days before the beginning of the stay or in the event of
failure to arrive.
CANCELLATION ACCOMODATIONS
Guests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid (30% of the full amount of the reservation) if written
notification is sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE via letter, fax or email at least 30 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking.
EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will nonetheless have the right to retain the sum of € 100.00 to cover reservation costs.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notifi cation sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE between 29 days and 15 days before the
date of arrival stated on their booking have the right to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. The remaining 50%, with a minimum amount of
€ 100.00, will be retained by EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE as penalty.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notifi cation sent to EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE 14 days or less before the date of arrival
stated on their booking and guests who do not turn up will have no right to a refund and EUROPA CAMPING VILLAGE will keep the deposit
paid as penalty
LOST AND FOUND PROPERTY
Property lost on the campsite or forgotten and found in the apartments will be kept in the lost property office until the camp site closes.
The owners can collect it from the lost property office directly or delegate someone else. We do not deliver.
• The accomodation will be ready for occupation from 05.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m. on the day of
departure. The pitch will be ready for occupation from 03.00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be vacated before 12.00 a.m. on the day of
departure
• no animals are admitted in the Ecolife Houses, in the Bungalows, in der Ecolife Units nor in the rent Maxi-Caravans except for
Maxi-caravans Chalet ROY and in the Bungalow TORO 123
• In case of late arrival please inform the staff of the campsite by telephone; otherwise the accomodation or the pitch will be held over until
03.00 p.m. next day, at latest
• The full amount must be paid for the entire period reserved, even in the event of late arrival or earlier departure
• Each accomodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the demage.
Replacements and repairs are reserved to the management
• Final cleaning is not included. For the Maxi-caravans Chalet ROY and Bungalow TORO n. 123 compulsory disinfection’s charge € 30,00. If
the accomodation is not clean at the departure, the client will be charged with cleaning costs (€ 50,00)
• The final reservation implies the tacit acceptance of the above mentioned terms.
• Price list and camping rules form an integral part of these “Booking Conditions”.
• 16 years minimum age to access the fitness, 18 years for wellness area.
PAYMENT
MYPASS (ID BRACELET WITH MICROCHIP) must be presented on payment.
We suggest you settle your account the day before departure at the Cahier’s Office: 8 am - 12 am / 4 pm - 7 pm
Payment can be made in cash (the amount admissible by law) or by CartaSi, Mastercard, Eurocard and VISA.
Guests can be collect their proof of indentity documents at the time of departure by showing the receipt for payment and handing all the
MYPASS (bracelets) and CAR PASS.
