As a technology service company, IST
understands the importance of using the
latest and best technology to enhance our
business. We employ advanced database
and call tracking software to coordinate
our resources in the field. We provide our
field staff with a web portal for downloading or viewing all necessary technical documentation and service ticket
information. The portal also allows them
to upload completed service documentation (customer sign-offs, digital pictures,
etc.) for import back into the database
for quality confirmation and review.
ON-SITE SERVICE
IST has repair technicians stationed across
the country who are always ready to be

prepare for the worst. Our repair solutions are reasonably priced, with no
sacrifice in speed or quality. Our secured
underground Depot Repair center is
staffed with experienced technicians who
are trained on all of the technology we
service. If it’s fixable, we will fix it. If a part
or the whole component needs to be
replaced, we have an extensive inventory on hand to minimize your wait.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we
offer multiple turnaround options from
a more casual, cost-effective program
to a comprehensive “spare-in-the-air”
option where we have a replacement
overnighted to you even before we
receive your broken unit for repair. We

HELP DESK
When it comes to Help Desk support,
IST is just a phone call away. We offer
full-service 24 hour support nationwide,
365 days a year. Our staff is factory
trained on every solution IST offers and
is focused on getting you the support
you need to resolve your issues quickly.
Our Help Desk services include computerized call tracking, with a running history of past issues and solutions to streamline our service.

MANAGED SERVICES
Whether you use computers, cash
registers, credit card machines, IP telephones, or any other web-accessible
technology, IST (powered by EckaTech's
Mission Control software) will monitor
your equipment, and provide instant,
24/7 alerts should anything go wrong.
We offer proactive, monitoring that you
decide is right for your business. Our
Managed Services allow you to define
what you want monitored and how you
are alerted. We will reboot systems
and restart services from behind the
scenes, before you even know there
is a problem. Preventive maintenance
stops issues from ever occurring, and
implements fixes before you're even
aware something is wrong. Additionally, Mission Control will scan for routine
maintenance requirements such as
software upgrades and defragmentation needs, ensuring that your systems

STAGING & WAREHOUSING
IST staffs an independent warehousing
facility located in a secure, underground
facility for maximum safety. We have the
capacity to stage, warehouse and ship
all the hardware your project requires.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
IST is an all-in-one service company, managing client needs from start to finish.
We provide experienced project management through our Professional Services Department. If a PM is needed, we will assign one to be your single-pointof-contact (SPOC) so that you may have the security of knowing there is one
person, one team, dedicated to your project's success.
For large scale projects our Professional Services team will evaluate the scope
of work and assess our current resources against the needs of the project.
Once the statement of work is approved by both parties, the SPOC then creates
a Project Plan that will include all dates and deliverables.
Each region involved in the project will then assess their available resources, assigning them as outlined in the Project Plan. Your Project Manager is ultimately
responsible for your complete satisfaction. They will work with each region to
ensure sufficient staffing, maintain quality standards, and keep our field technicians armed with the most current information and updated processes and
expectations.
If addition resources are ever required, your SPOC is empowered to recruit
Technicians with experience you need in the regions you need it. With the
power to allocate field resources, scale your project as necessary, and create
project-specific reports, your SPOC is given all the support necessary to manage your project smoothly and address all your concerns.
Your Project Manager will monitor calls and track reports to ensure the project
is meeting quality standards and find new ways to improve processes and
achieve a more successful project.
