A process begun a few years back is finally going to start paying off. First we moved to a new website that allowed us to create events people could register for, manage our database of members, and store our important documents online. Slowly, (sorry, we are all volunteers remember), we have learned how to really use the new website. This year we are rolling out online registration for both Northern and Western Ski Trips. This will save you time in filling out paper forms: since the online form already knows all your information – you just need to fill in a few trip-specific details. The other big, exciting thing for us is online payments via credit card, or using your existing PayPal account if you want. We will pilot this new feature with membership renewals in September. I know membership isn’t much, but it will allow us on the board the opportunity to work through the new processes, and develop updated procedures. Call me a geek, but that’s exciting to me! These changes are only possible through the hard efforts of your Sitzmark Board of Directors John Heinzel President MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL TIME.
