You’ll need:
Photo or heavystock Kodak paper
Envelopes: 5.5 square invitation envelopes
Tape
Ribbon
String for hanging
Cork, Laminate and Adhesive Paper (optional)
Instructions: Party Invitation Templates
Print the following pages, then follow these simple instructions to create your own themed
party event. Templates include: Party Invitations, Thank You Cards, Napkin Rings, Coasters,
Gift Bag Tags, Placecards and “BABY” Banner.
1. Party Invitation – cut out each party invitation along the solid line. Fold at “Fold Here”.
2. Thank You Card – cut out each thank you card along the solid line and fold in half.
3. Napkin Rings –cut out each napkin ring along the solid line. Cut slits into the short ends, bend the paper, and slide the slits into each other to close. Or cut out each napkin ring along the solid line and wrap around your flatware and tie with a ribbon.
4. Coasters– cut out each coaster along the solid line. Optional: print out on adhesive paper, cut, stick to cork board, and laminate.
5. Gift Bag Tag – cut out each gift bag tag along the solid line. Punch a hole in top of the tag,
add a ribbon.
6. Placecard – cut out each along the solid line.
7. Banner – cut out each letter (4: B-A-B-Y) along the solid line. Punch a hole in each square at the top center and string through to make a banner that says BABY. If you don’t have string on hand simply cut out and tape to the wall!
