DOGS YAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging

JUDGES WILL NOT WAfT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents akIne are resporHille for
the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club
and the Superintendent have no obligation or responsibility b proYlding selVa through a pubUc address system
or stewards or runnen. for the purpose of calling 0( locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required.
ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when
in the exercising ring.
niE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and
exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune
to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.

ATTENTION EXHffiITORS
Exhibitors are advised to make themselves familiar with the agreement of the
American Kennel Club referred to on the reverse side of the entry blanks that
accompany this premium list. Rule Books are available at the Superintendent's
table at the show or may be obtained from the American Kennel Club, 5580
Centerview Drive, Raleigh NC 27606-3390. The Club, its superintendents or
their employees will not be responsible for any damage to any dog exhibited
whether the result of accident or other causes and in addition assumes no
responsibility fur any loss damage or injury sustained by an exhibitor or handler. It
is distinctly understood that every dog at this show is in the care and custody of his
owner or handler the entire time the dog is on show the show premises
No grooming tables, pens or exhibitor's setups will be allowed in the aisles and
all grooming must be done away from the judging ring in areas specified by the
club. All crating/exercise pens will be at the discretion of the Grounds Committee.
Dog owners will be responsible for clean-up. NO DOGS IN HOTEL LOBBY
OR DINING AREAS. All Dogs present must be held on leash or confined to
their crates except when being judged or in an ex-pen. No f1exi·leads are
permitted in the exhibit hall. NO CRATES PERMITTED IN EXHffiIT HALL
JUDGING AREA.
No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100
feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.
Dog owners and/or handlers are responsible fur any damage to hotel property
caused by their dogs. This applies to the Lancaster Host Resort and Conference
Center property and all other hotels used for this specialty. Hotel personnel may
enter a room when it is not occupied. They will report the condition of the room to
the Hotel Liaison. An Event Committee may be convened as a result of any
damage to hotel rooms, grounds or premises by hotel guests, owners, exhibitors or
their dogs. The Event Committee can recommend suspension of privileges of the
American Kennel Club ifperson(s) are found guilty.
There is no provision offered for un·entered dogs at this show.
Do not leave dogs in closed vehicles.
Dogs shall not be tied to bushes, shrubs, trees or other permanent fixtures.
Dogs shall not be left unattended in any public area.
The welfare of any child is the responsibility of its parent(s). It is expressly
understood that parents will exercise control and restraint over their children
throughout the event.
At no time are dogs allowed in the lobby, the swinnning pool area or
the golf course. Dogs will be allowed on the tennis courts at your own
risk every day from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Airports: Lancaster Airport is closest (No Dogs), Harrisburg is 30 Miles (No
Dogs), PHL - Philadelphia is 50 Miles, BWI - BaltimorelWashington is 65 Miles.
FROM PHILADELPHIA: Pennsylvania Turnpike (1-76) West to Exit 21, Route
222 South to Route 30 East. The hotel will be on the right hand side
approximately five miles ahead on Route 30.
FROM PHILADELPHIA AIRPORT: 1-95 South to Route FR322 West. Then
take Route 322 North until you reach Route 1. Take Route I South to Route 41.
Then take Route 41 North to Route 30. The hotel is on the left.
FROM BALTIMORE: Take 1-83 North to Route 30 East. The hotel is located on
the right hand side eight miles ahead on Route 30.
FROM HARRISBURG: Take Route 283 East to Route 30. The hotel is on the
right side of Route 30. It is approximately 30 miles from Harrisburg.
FROM PITTSBURGH: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike (1-76) East to Route 222
South to Route 30. The hotel will be on the right side approximately five miles
ahead on Route 30 East.
FROM NEW YORK: Take the Jersey Turnpike (1-95) South to the Pennsylvania
Turnpike (1-276 to 1-76) West. Take 1-76 West to Exit 21, Route 222 South to
Route 30 East. The hotel is on the right hand side approximately five miles ahead
on route 30 East.
FROM BOSTON AND CONNECTICUT: Take Massachusetts Pike (1-90) West
to Interstate 84 West to 1-684 to 1-287 across the Tappan Zoo Bridge, following 1287 South to 1-78 West. Take 1-78 West to Route 222 South until you come to
Route 30 East. The hotel will be on the right hand side approximately five miles
ahead on Route 30.
