Porter is EIC Clear, CNM Clear, PRA Clear, OFA Good, and CERF Clear. Porter received his Senior Hunter
Title at 19 months and his Master Hunter at 30 months. Porter has a Derby Win, 3 Quall 3rds, 1 Quall
2nd, 1 Amateur 4th, an Open 3rd, and numerous Open/Am/Quall/Derby Jams. Porter received a CPR
(Certified Pointing Retriever) title and a MPR (Master) on the same weekend, 5 weeks into official
pointing training. He received his GMPR (Grand Master) two weeks later. He is now a 3XGMPR.
You'll be hard-pressed to find an all-around chocolate Labrador retriever and associated pedigree as well
as Porter's. 29 dogs in the five generation pedigree have either an AFC, FC, or both. Porter's father is FC
Nan-Dool Elwood Blues and his mother is Sommitt's "Little Rascal" MH. Some of Porter's grandparents
and great grandparents include: FC AFC River Oaks Way-Da-Go Rocky, NFC AFC Storm's Riptide Star,
NAFC FC AFC Ebonstar Lean Mac, FC AFC Carrolls Black Velvet, among many others. You just won't find
that type of pedigree in a chocolate male.
FC AFC Cuda's Blue Ryder MH
Ryder (now deceased) was a dynamic, handsome and statuesque 85 pound chocolate Labrador retriever
who has reached the pinnacle of success for Labradors of all colors in both the field trial and hunt test
worlds. Perhaps his greatest attribute is his versatility as exemplified by his activities in the summer of
2003. In late June he was a Finalist in the 2003 National Amateur Retriever Club Championship Stake. A
week later he was the test dog for the ESPN Great Outdoor Games Retriever Series. The next weekend
he completed his sixth straight Master Hunter Qualification and earned the Master Hunter title. The
week following Ryder won the Open All-Age Stake at the Sacramento Valley Retriever Club's field trial
and gained his Field Championship title
In addition to his success as a competitor, he is a superb hunting companion with an outstanding dove,
duck, goose and pheasant record. He is a loving and gentle pet who lives in our home. As a stud dog he
carries and throws his warm and balanced personality of his sire FC AFC CFC CAFC Barracuda Blue MH.

Ryder is the son of FC AFC CFC CAFC Barracuda Blue MN, the most titled chocolate in history. His dam
Higher Grounds Helen Keller (Black) had numerous placing in Open stakes in a limited number of trials
and is a littermate to NFC AFC Storm's Riptide Star. Ryder represents a remarkable black and chocolate
gene pool.
