Grilled Tilapia and Mango Salsa
For Tilapia:
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoons ground black
pepper
1 teaspoon salt
4 tilapia fillets
For Mango Salsa:
2/3 cup chopped mango
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
4 teaspoons minced
jalapeno pepper
4 teaspoons minced
red onion
2 teaspoons minced
red bell pepper
2 teaspoons minced
green bell pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground
black pepper

Directions
1. Stir the olive oil, garlic,

16 oz whole-wheat pizza dough, divided into 4 equal pieces
1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
8oz fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
4oz goat cheese, crumbled
Large handful fresh basil, chopped
Sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
