Sunday, July 16: Fairbanks
Upon your arrival at Fairbanks, we will
proceed to our overnight accommodations
at the Alpine Lodge. The remainder of the
evening will be at your leisure.

Monday, July 17: Sternwheeler
Your exciting Alaskan adventure begins
with a tour of the dog kennel of famous
Iditarod winner Susan Butcher. After
learning about the intensity of sled dog
training from Susan, you will visit an
Athabaskan Indian Village and witness a
Bush Pilot demonstration firsthand. Those
interested can also join our optional tour
of Fairbanks today. Tonight, enjoy an
authentic Alaskan meal of salmon, prime
rib and deep-fried battered cod along with
delicious salads, sides and desserts.

Tuesday, July 18: Denali
This morning we will visit the fascinating
Morris Thompson Cultural and
Visitors Center in Fairbanks. You are
free to explore the area and find a local
establishment for lunch before we head to
Denali. After arriving in Denali, travelers
have the rest of the day for leisure and
exploration of the many cultural
restaurants and local attractions that make
Denali a fun stop.

Voyage of the
Glaciers
Radiance of the Seas
The Radiance of the Seas will take you up close and personal to
Alaska’s famous glaciers as we sail through the Gulf of Alaska
to Hubbard Glacier. Have your cameras and binoculars ready.
You will have amazing opportunities to watch majestic whales,
playful sea otters and other marine life in the waters around the
ship. Plus you’ll see incredibly beautiful scenery and experience
the awe-inspiring calving of glaciers. You are in for the trip of a
lifetime!

Wednesday, July 19:
Tundra Wilderness Tour
Today’s agenda features the Tundra
Wilderness Tour, a “must-do” on any trip
to the gorgeous Alaskan landscape. With
our boxed lunches in hand, we will voyage
further into the wilderness in search of the
“Big Five” (Wolf, Grizzly Bears, Moose,
Caribou and Dall Sheep) while soaking in
the Alaskan beauty that surrounds us. We
will return to the hotel by mid-afternoon.
This evening, thrill-seekers can join our
optional White Water Rafting Experience
for an exhilarating trip down some of
Alaska’s tumultuous waters.

Thursday, July 20: Anchorage
We depart for Anchorage today on a
train ride that is sure to be a highlight of
your trip. Aboard the train, famous for its
glass-domed rail cars, travelers will enjoy
delicious food and drink while taking in
the breathtaking scenery that lines our
route. After arrival in Anchorage, we will
transfer to the Anchorage Marriott in the
center of the city.

Friday, July 21: Anchorage – Seward
Enjoy your last few hours in lovely
Anchorage this morning by taking a short
walk to the nearby Anchorage Farmer’s
Market to taste some local treats and
purchase some Alaskan souvenirs. We’ll
board our coach in the early afternoon
for a two-and-a-half hour transfer to
Seward. The ride offers outstanding views
of Alaska’s landscapes as we pass between
the shorelines of Turnagain Arm and the
peaks of the Chugach Mountains. Upon
our arrival in Seward, we will check in for
our Alaskan journey aboard the Radiance
of the Seas.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing and
received by Adelman Travel, 3424 S National, Springfield, Mo
65807 during normal business hours to be considered officially
canceled. For any claim paid, cost of the insurance will be
deducted (300.00 per person).
Cancellation Waiver Protection: Adelman Travel considers
travel insurance very important. We have included the cost of this
insurance into this package. Details of our Allianz Travel
Insurance coverage are available from our agents. Cost of
insurance will be deducted from any claim made for cancellation.
Majority of reasons for cancellations must be medical issues of the
traveler or immediate family member.

brochure, please ask our staff and we’ll obtain the brochure for
