WORST BEST Manager said ―I won’t have anyone work for me who doesn’t make me look good.‖ Manager said ―I’m trying to be better. I give you permission to tell me when it’s not working‖. WORST ―If you do this well I will give you a new computer!‖ BEST ―What you do makes a difference and I trust you.‖ When it comes to motivating others, what are your top tips?
