We chatted with the Divisional Sales Director for Chef Works, who’s been with the company for the past
10 months, to find out more about the Chef Works brand and changes taking place within the company.

We place great importance to ensure

through our customer service, being
in charge of the cycle of our product
from the fabric mills to manufacturing,
design and delivery.
We have a select core range of styles
from the wider Chef Works range in
stock and available quickly. However,
we also have access to the entire Chef
Works collection and can bring these
items to market should any customer
require them.
What is your position at ChefWorks?
I am the Divisional Sales Director for
Chef Works and Gross & Co. I’ve held
the position within this vibrant and
evolving arena for the past 10 months.
Can you tell us about the line of
clothing that Chef Works produces?
The Chef Works uniform collection is
truly comprehensive, catering to the
many sectors of the culinary industry
and includes great options for both
BOH (back of house) and FOH (front
of house). At Chef Works we look after
all our customers whether they are large
hotel and restaurant groups, culinary
institutions, catering suppliers, specialty
culinary eateries and outlets or individual
chefs. The range incorporates executive
to essential coats, pants, aprons, shirts and
headwear with additional female cuts in a
variety of fabrics, colours and finishes.
What are the benefits inherent in chefs
using this brand, from both a clothing
quality and service perspective? Chef
Works is recognised as the leading
culinary brand worldwide. As chefs

Have there been any changes made
to ChefWorks since you joined the
company? There has been a huge drive
for Chef Works locally in terms of
brand awareness. We have participated
and featured and numerous events and
shows during the course of 2015 such
as Hostex, Good Food and Wine show
and Indaba. We intend to continue to
do so going forward in order to spread
the Chef Works message further.
We have also been making great
progress in revisiting old relationships
and developing new strong, long lasting
relationships with key role players in
the culinary industry. We have received
great support and encouragement from
hotel schools, associations and our very
loyal and valued customers.
