Do you need a stylist to make it onto the ‘Top 5 Most Stylish
Asian Women of 2015’ list? Well it certainly helps as we look
at the shortlist which includes cricketer Isa Guha, actor and
presenter Preeya Kalidas, actor Jasmine Walia, DJ Neev Spencer
and music agent Kiran Sharma. This year’s shortlist have been
styled by Raishma Islam; Marni Kaur of Bibi London, Mani Kohli
and others with accessories by Christian Louboutin. Our
shortlist also isn’t afraid to mix it up with couture and high
street to sashay down the red carpet events of the year!

Cricketer Isa Guha had a playing career spanning a decade for
the England Women’s Cricket team before retiring in April 2011
after which she has established herself as a familiar face in
cricket broadcasting. Isa is an ambassador for various
charities including The British Asian Trust. Her dress style
ranges from sports clothing to ultra glam red carpet gowns.
Preeya Kalidas
Actress and singer Preeya Kalidas has had a busy year; in June
2015, she began playing the role of Pinky, in the new West End
musical Bend It Like Beckham The Musical and this autumn she
started her own show on BBC Asian Network. Impeccably turned
out, Preeya mixes up designer and high street effortlessly and
can definitely “Shakalaka Baby” in any outfit.
Kiran Sharma
Kiran Sharma is the Managing Director of KIKIT Entertainment,
a leading artist management company and she is also the
manager of global icon and superstar, Prince. Since launching
KIKIT in 2005, Kiran has worked with stars like Bryan Ferry,
AR Rahman, Sonu Niigaam and Annie Lennox. Kiran’s style is
distinctly uber glam befitting her star-studded client list.
Neev Spencer
Neev Spencer is officially the most listened to British female
DJ in the UK with her daily radio show on Kiss FM commanding
an audience of 1.5 million in her 8th year at the station. Off
air, she has headlined in Ibiza for the last three years and
DJ’s every week in the UK’s coolest spots and super clubs.
Neev is also an ambassador for several charities including The
Prince’s Trust. Her style is luxe glam for the red carpet and
just glam when gigging.
Jasmin Walia
Actress and singer Jasmin Walia is probably best known as cast
member on the ITV2 semi-reality programme The Only Way Is
Essex, and the Sky TV reality series Desi Rascals. As an
actress, she has appeared in Doctors, Casualty and The Bill
although it is her off-screen role as a socialite that makes
her one of the most photographed Asian women in the UK.
