E1 SERIES PUMPS
With the Exclusive ELIMA-MATIC®AirValve System
The E1 1” Series Pumps are the newest addition to
Versa-Matic’s ever-expanding line of ELIMA-MATIC®
Pumps. And true to their name, they virtually eliminate
intermittent pump stalling caused by air valve system
freeze-ups. With the anti-stalling, non-icing, lubricationfree ELIMA-MATIC® Air Valve System, this common
air diaphragm pump problem is a thing of the past.
All E1 Series Pumps incorporate our bolted
manifold design for leak-free construction. For maximum
lightweight portability, the E1 pump is available in
corrosion-resistant Polypropylene or Kynar® PVDF.
E1P and E1K Pumps feature ANSI flange porting —
allowing the pipe manifold direction to be reversed as
needed. And you can upgrade your existing V1 pump
with an ELIMA-MATIC® Air Valve System.
APPLICATION VERSATILITY. Versa-Matic pumps can
already handle anything from water to 90% solids
easily and efficiently. Combine this with the anti-stalling,
non-icing, lubrication-free ELIMA-MATIC® Air Valve
System and you have a 1” pump that can stand up to
virtually every application:

The E4 Series Pumps are the newest addition to Versa-Matic’s

E4 Series Pumps are available in Aluminum, Cast Iron,
Hastelloy and Stainless Steel. The E4 Series Elima-Matic Air
Valve System is interchangeable with the V4 and Wilden®
M4 metallic and plastic pumps. These pumps can be retrofitted
with the VM P31-100 or P31-500 center section.
Like all Elima-Matic pumps, the E4 can handle anything
from water to 90% solids easily and efficiently. Consult your

The E2P and E2K Engineered Plastic Pump Series is yet
another addition to Versa-Matic’s ever-expanding line of
Elima-Matic® Pumps. These pumps offer the same exclusive
anti-stalling, non-icing, lubrication-free Elima-Matic Air Valve
System as our current metallic models. This patented system
virtually eliminates intermittent pump stalling caused by air
valve system freeze-ups.
Available in corrosion resistant Polypropylene or Kynar®
PVDF, the E2P and E2K allow for maximum lightweight
portability. Both pumps are available with an optional center
port that can swivel to any angle, allowing for easy installation
in existing piping and competitor’s pump configurations.
This special connection design insures a great seal at the
manifold “T” connections with minimal torque requirement.
Versa-Dome® diaphragms are standard in the E2P and
E2K. With their uniquely simple, smooth shape, these
diaphragms eliminate internal stress caused by complex
angles for increased flexibility and longer-life pump operation.

Top and Side Discharge ELIMA-MATIC Pump Series
®
The E2 Bolted Metallic Top and Side Discharge Pumps
are the newest addition to Versa-Matic’s line of Elima-Matic®
Pumps. These pumps offer the same exclusive anti-stalling,
non-icing, lubrication-free Elima-Matic Air Valve System
as our current metallic models. This patented system virtually
eliminates intermittent pump stalling caused by air valve
system freeze-ups. And with a bolted manifold design, these
pumps, provide leak-free construction, ANSI/DIN flange
porting with either center or top discharge and the ability
to reverse pipe manifold direction.
E2 Bolted Metallic Pumps are currently available in
Stainless Steel and Cast Iron. Like all Elima-Matic pumps,
the E2 Bolted Metallic Series can handle anything from water
to 90% solids easily and efficiently. Consult your authorized

VERSA-MATIC® ELIMA-MATIC® Food Processing
Stainless Steel Pumps bring the advantages of the
ELIMA-MATIC® Air Valve System to the food, beverage,
pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. True to their
name, these pumps virtually eliminate intermittent
pump stalling caused by air valve system freeze-ups.
In addition to being anti-stalling and non-icing,
ELIMA-MATIC® pumps are also lubrication-free — so
there is never any danger of contaminating sensitive
products with lubricants. But that’s only one of the ways
that our investment cast 316 stainless steel pumps
meet the special needs of these processing industries.
Currently available in 1”, 1 1/4”, 2” and 3” sizes,
ELIMA-MATIC® Food Processing Pumps can pump
abrasive and viscous media solids economically, and
protect shear-sensitive fluids very effectively. Even the
most sensitive foods can be transferred hygienically
and without shearing. Our pumps are ideally suited for
filling machines because they can operate against a
closed discharge line without increased heat generation,
wear or leakage.
All ELIMA-MATIC® Pumps are self-priming, can
handle infinite variable flows and are capable of
operating as low as one stroke per minute. The pump’s
simple, economical design makes for easy cleaning,
steam sterilization and repair.
