EXPRESS ENROLLMENT TIPS #1-800-742-9560
BEFORE calling Express Enrolment, your guest should be
prepared. Make sure you ADVISE YOUR GUEST the
following BEFORE calling in.
Advise your Guest that The Rep is going to ask:
For their name, address, date of birth (need to be 18 to
enroll), email, phone, method of payment.
What ‘Back Up Order’ they picked and if they have any
questions about the Back Up Order. The Rep will also ask them to
explain their understanding of the Back Up Order. (It’s critical
that you go over this again NOW with your contact to ensure that
we don’t want them to get a back up. We want them to shop for
what they need and want. Back ups are only for emergencies. If
they don’t want/need anything that can easily cancel.
There is NO long term commitment. They can also customize
their Back Up later on if they like later on.
Back Up #1 (35 points that includes Vitamins)
Back Up #2 (35 points with No Vitamins)
If they are a 35 or 75 point customer. - Answer is 35 point.
What ‘Level of Participation” you are. 1, 2 or 3. #1 = Customer.
May refer a new customer from time to time. #2 = Interested in
building a Part-time Business #3 = Interested in building a FullTime Business
If they are interested in earning a commission or building a
business. Even if Level #1 we recommend saying yes. Saying yes
does NOT mean they have to build a business, but rather they
can if they want to, and they can get also get rebate checks.
Their Social Security Number. The company needs this in case
you do get earn commissions.
After the new customer gives their social, the Rep will
advise that if they do build a business and achieve the status of
Director 3, they will need to sign a “Marketing Executive
Agreement” and fax it to the company.That is ONLY necessary if
they achieve Director 3.
Advise your guest that the REP will be recording the call.
The Rep is going to ask YOU, the Enroller:
Your Name and ID number (or Phone
Number)
Who is the Marketing Executive (Who is the
customer that you are putting this new customer
under?) -You need that person’s Melaleuca ID
number or Phone Number to give to the Rep..
**You can always let the computer pick for
now, but ALWAYS contact your enroller before the
end of the month to ensure you understand the
strategy to placing your customers properly.
Who is the Presenter - The Presenter is the
Director3 or Higher that is teaching and helping
you to present and enroll your new customers
properly.You need their Melaleuca ID number or
Phone Number to give to the Rep.
If there was an “Assist”.The answer is always
- NO.
After the enrollment is complete, the rep will
advise you that it’s complete.
She will also ask if the new customer is
ready to shop for their first order. Place the order.
Always Place their first order at the time of
enrollment. (Creates a better experience for your
customer)
Always follow up with your new customers to
ensure they are enjoying the products and to help
them with their next orders!
