Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee will meet Monday, March 5th
at 7:00 pm.
Bible Study
Please join us at 6:00pm on Tuesdays for our
weekly Bible Study.
This schedule will continue
throughout Lent. The reading for Tuesday, March 6th is
Mark 9:33-42. The topic is Against Ambition and Envy.
Scripture is the lens through which we see all of life!
Parish Council
The Parish Council will meet Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00
pm in the library.
Arabic Language Classes
There will be a meeting after Mass on
Sunday March 11th for all those who signed up for the
Arabic Language classes.
Altar Society Meeting
Please note, the March Altar Society meeting has been
moved to Wednesday March 14th at 7:00 pm.
Stations and Adoration of the Cross
Fridays during lent we will celebrate the Stations of
the Cross at 5:30 PM. This service will be followed by
Mass at 6:00 PM. Adoration of the Cross will follow the
mass. Please remember that we will be offering Friday
dinners after these services. Please come and take
advantage of this opportunity to worship and share a
Lenten meal with your fellow parishioners.

Condolences
We wish to offer our deepest condolences to
Marilyn Faris and the Faris family on the death of Joe
Faris who passed away Thursday, March 1st. Joe’s funeral
will held here at Our Lady of Lebanon Church Monday at
11:00 AM.

Church Cleaning March

The MYO are taking time out of their day
to celebrate the great season of Lent with
the church. Friday nights, after mass, they
will be serving dinner for the church and asking for
donation.

MYO Retreat
Father Paul joined fourteen of our young people and their advisers for their spring retreat February 17 th – 18th in
Akron, Ohio. The youths arrived Friday night and listened to a talk about vocations given by Fr. Tony Massad.
Saturday, they had lunch at the Shrine where they had the opportunity to receive the sacrament of Reconciliation
and attend Mass. They also listened to a speaker who talked to them about “Forgiveness” Saturday evening there
was a dinner for the young people followed by music and dancing. Thanks to all of our parishioners who donated
towards the cost of this event. Please be sure to check out the photos of the weekend on the bulletin board!
