Sampling of Gluten-Free Companies
Kinnikinnick -- Started by Ted Wolff Von Selzam in the late 1980s. Jerry
and Lynne Bigam bought into the company in 1997 with the idea that they could
make the products available to a wider audience. Both Lynne and her son Jay
were diagnosed with Celiac disease. Their commitment to their customers is
to have the best and safest gluten-free products on the market. They also keep
focused on nutritional and food values so that they can provide the healthiest food
possible.

right here in Columbus. Their mission is to make gluten free great and accessible. Cherbourg’s fresh,
premium quality baked goods are free of gluten for everyone.
123 Gluten Free -- Based out of Cleveland, Ohio, and operated by
a mother-and-daughter team wanting to make providing gluten-free food
easy. They offer baking mix so it's easy to cook gluten and wheat free at
home. All of their products are free of gluten, wheat, nuts and peanuts. All
products are free of eggs and dairy (including casein). All but two products
are free of corn, and all but one are free of soy, and the labels clearly indicate this.
Celiac Specialties -- Owned by Michelle Fuller, an avid cook,
she began making gluten-free products after a student asked her to cook
some things for a friend who had a child with an intolerance to gluten
and wheat. She soon began developing her own recipes and taking
orders from the Detroit Tri-County Celiac Support Group. In 2003,
Michelle opened the Celiac Specialties Bakery and Coffee House.
Around the World Gourmet -- The company was founded by three women in 2005 and
is dedicated to manufacturing gluten-free, all-natural specialty foods for those with Celiac disease and

allergy and has made it his mission to create products that are good for you, but
taste like they aren't.
Gluten-Free Naturals-
GFN was started after a member of the Graven
