CLIP-IN CEILINGS Metapan Metal Panel Clip-In is a concealed system in which the panels are clip fastened into a suspension grid which is not exposed. The metal panels are mounted into a primary suspension profile and are supported by triangular shaped profiles of galvanized steel. Tiles are square or rectangular with chamfered or vertical edges. Clip-in tiles are available in aluminium, anodized aluminium (mirror look) or galvanized steel. RAL 9001, 9002, 9003, 9006, 9010, 9016 and 7047 are the standard colors. Other colors of RAL can be offered upon request. All Metapan products are tested according to DIN EN 13964. ADVANTAGES: This system offers maximum safety, stability, durability of the joints, maximum resistance to earthquake loads and higher torsional resistance. Offers rapid installation and the tiles are demountable with the help of a specific tool, therefore allowing access for maintenance openings. Presents a smooth surface and provides visual continuity. One of the most suitable systems for spaces demanding utmost hygiene like clinics, operation rooms and such. METAPAN ULTIMA® CLIP-IN PANELS Beveled edge Square edge Clip-In panels are electrostatically powder coated or coilcoated. Electrostatic powder coat is epoxy polyester based organic coat with a minimum thickness of 70 microns and a gloss of 25. Coilcoated and stove enameled panels are coated with a polyester based organic coating consisting of 5 microns of primer and 20 microns of top coat on the face and 5 microns of service coat on the back. Panels are manufactured from aluminum or galvanized steel or anodized aluminum (mirror look). Material thickness is 0,6-0,8 mm for aluminum depending on the tile dimensions and 0,50-0,60 mm for galvanised steel. Aluminum panels are manufactured from aluminum alloy 3003 or alloy 5050. Galvanized steel panels are manufactured from hot-dipped galvanized steel of grade DX51 D +Z. Sound absorption is provided by a 0.3 mm thick acoustic nonwoven fabric adhered to the perforated tile. When compared with the conventional sound absorption agents like the mineral wool, nonwoven fabrics offer a number of benefits, such as higher sound absorption, better look and superior flame retardancy. Moreover, being lighter and particularly thinner than the conventional mats, nonwoven fabric reduces both shipping and inventory costs and calls for less labor during installation. The nonwoven material used by Metapan, namely R 6/60 FF, is manufactured by Royalin GmbH and made of cellulose and glass fibers. It provides flame retardancy according to DIN 4102 B1. All Ultima product groups have been tested for sound absorption in accordance with DIN EN 20 354 and the classified as per DIN EN ISO 11 654. The textile is available in two standard colors of black and white, yet other colors being offered upon request.
