Mindfulness Skills will help group members to When: Wednesdays, become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. Distress Tolerance Skills will help group members to manage intense emotions. Emotional Regulation Skills will help group members to understand and accept his or her emotional experience and to engage in healthy strategies and management. Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills will help group members to better balance relationships, priorities and demands as well as build a sense of selfrespect.
