Day 1
Lugano
Arrival in Lugano – Hotel of your
choice either in the center of Lugano
or the surrounding area. Dinner and
overnight.
Late afternoon return to Locarno by
boat. Dinner will be taken in a typical
Ticinese Grotto. Return to your hotel
by coach.

Day 2
Lake Lugano Area
First in your motorcoach to Capolago
to board the rack railway up the Monte
Generoso, 1701 meters high. Breathtaking view over mountains and lakes.
Return to Lugano via the old fishing
village of Bissone.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3
Locarno/Domodossola
Leave Lugano by coach to Locarno to
take the Centovalli (hundred valleys)
train to Domodossola. Deep gorges,
overhanging cliffs with silver shining
waterfalls colourful meadows, daring
viaducts, vineyards and chestnut forests,
a delightful scenery appears during this
spectacular train trip. In Domodossola
change train on the FS (Italian national
railway) to Stresa. Optional lunch and
free time.
