Netherland’s flower fields are famous the world over. The Duin- en Bollenstreek region (Dutch for "Dune and Bulb
Region"), situated at the heart of historical Holland around the city of Katwijk, South Holland, bordered by The Hague
in the south and Haarlem in the northern side. The region with its combination of beaches, colourful flower fields, lakes
and history makes for a great tourist attraction. The Dutch flower industry is an icon for the Netherlands.
The company Hogewoning from Katwijk, is into flowers- and flower bulb business in the western part of Netherlands.
They own in total 5 hectares where they grow 3 hectares tulip bulbs, 1hectare of campanula’s and 1hectare with
various flowers. They have their New Holland TN60D MFWA tractor equipped with 9.5R36 Alliance 350 Row Crop
Radial in the rear & 8.3-24 Alliance 324 in the front.
