Several windows need to be stripped, glazed, and painted. Paint was tested and it does contain lead.
Rotten wood needs to be replaced in seveeral areas, primed and repainted.
I can stick my finger in rotten wood in several places such as mud sil and garage (storage building) doors.
Stone foundation system above ground needs tuck
pointing in several areas.
Ornamental details to be removed, remade, primed, and painted as needed.
Front porch could use a good prep and paint job as paint is chipping in several areas.
Front porch ceiling.
Redo/rework/make new skirting as necessary.
Skirting (lattice).
Rework/replace gutters and downspouts as necessary.
Rework fascia and trim as necessary. Redo roofing-remove existing shingles, flashing. etc. and replace with new
sheathing, shingles, etc.
rework this eyebrow as necessary. Notice it’s straight, then falls off.
Rework trim. Notice the hole. Rework eyebrow.
Remove, replace shingles as necessary. Rework flashing as necessary.
Make drip edge continuous (no gaps).
Wash white (supposed to be white) membrane roof with gently cleaner to remove plasticizer migration (dirt).
Rework structural members inside on the third floor as necessary. Rework shakes and flashing as necessary . Replace with new
as necessary.
