Our philosophy is to give our children
opportunities to be it, active and wellrounded individuals. These precious
holiday periods should be fun, exciting and
above all memorable but we understand
that the pressures of everyday life get in
the way of prioritising this for our children.
The value of our incredible venue at
Mudeford Wood Community Centre means
that we can take a short stroll to the beach
to do some summer sports such as beach
Volley Ball or take walks through the
woodland to learn about various survival
skills and nature.

A Beatrix Potter Story by
Quantum Theatre
Wednesday 6 July
A magical and enchanting comedy, The
Tempest is also William Shakespeare’s play
best suited to the great British summer
weather.
32
Set within beautiful cliff-top grounds with
a footpath leading to the beach, Grade I
Listed Highcliffe Castle is a spectacular
venue for both weddings and events.
There’s also the Castle Gift Shop and why
not try a spot of lunch or afternoon tea at
the Tea Rooms.
On a remote island, Prospero, the rightful
Duke of Milan, plots to restore his daughter
Miranda to her rightful place using illusion,
magical spirits and skilful manipulation.
He conjures up a storm, the eponymous
tempest, to lure his usurping brother
Antonio and the complicit King Alonso of
Naples to the island. For those who are
shipwrecked, trickery abounds, romance
blossoms and monsters lurk in this fastpaced, musical family show.
Quantum Theatre presents a brand new
production of Shakespeare’s magical
play of love and sorcery, of airy spirits
and drunken sailors, of deep truths and
theatrical illusion.

Meet Beatrix Potter as she tells us her
very irst tale of Peter Rabbit, who knows
only too well that he is not to go into Mr
McGregor’s garden, (especially as it was
there that his father met his untimely end!)
But Peter cannot resist….. and it’s only
after several nasty scrapes and minus all
his clothes that he inally escapes home to
a severe telling-off from his mother.
But Peter doesn’t learn his lesson and
with his cousin Benjamin returns to the
garden to recover his lost clothing. This
time, however, there’s more danger on the
prowl in the shape of Mr McGregor’s cat.
Will Benjamin’s father come to the rescue
in time and what will Mr McGregor make of
those little footprints in his garden?
Follow the scrapes and escapades of
all your favourite characters from the
Peter Rabbit tales in Quantum Theatre’s
delightful new production; a magical and
enchanting experience for young and old
alike.
