Security issue is one of the principal problems in the theory and practice of international affairs

interests”. In turn, the processes of interdependence wipe out the line between internal and
external, state and public interests. Domestic and foreign policy becomes closely related.
Respectively, there are changes in the field of health security. The increased mobility of the
population, rapidly increasing costs on health care and other problems in this field requires a
comprehensive analysis of actions, policy, effective functioning of the health system,
strengthening of the international cooperation role in health support and development of
constructive measures in the fight against global health threats.
