Since the inception of equity compensation programs, companies have struggled with the answer to
a simple question – are my plans effective? Despite overwhelming advances in technology and
sophistication in financial modeling tools, the overall satisfaction among major constituencies score
surprisingly low. This presentation takes a holistic view of the drivers of equity effectiveness
presenting a more complete approach to optimizing the use of equity as a compensation instrument
and, as a result, increases equity effectiveness.

Despite high unemployment rate, employers struggle to find talented workers with the skills
needed in today's job market and economy. At the same time, local youth have difficult time finding
access and exposure to develop these needed skills. In partnership with Clinton Foundation’s
Clinton Global Initiative, ConPRmetidos is developing a PSA campaign and Employer Digital
Platform that will provide practical tools and resources to allow employers to establish mentorship,
internship, and hiring programs for youth.
