Upon graduation from the Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, Andrea freelanced in the fields of children's illustrations and advertising design. After a leave of absence from the art field to raise her family, she returned to painting for a specific purpose; to help bring awareness and social consciousness for animals to the forefront. She lives by the words of Mahatma Gandhi. “I hold that the more helpless a creature, the more entitled it is to protection by man from the cruelty of man.” A portion of the proceeds from Andrea's art work is dedicated to animal rescue, endangered animals and local shelters.
