24 year old BROOKE FRASER is a pop phenomenon in New Zealand and Australia where sales of

Brooke recorded Albertine in Hollywood with renowned producer Marshall Altman (Train, Marc
Broussard & Matt Nathanson).
Brooke is a member of the Hillsong United Church for which she has written two wildly popular and
best-selling hymns. Her performance of one of those hymns, “Hosanna”, has had over 1,400,000 views

plays and 33,000 friends on her MySpace page.

instead filling up the remainder of the equation with an amazingly genuine approach to vertical songwriting that doesn't just focus on the sunshine drenched satisfactions of life, but also its disruptive chaos
and constant stream of trials. Both are bold paths indeed, but ones founder Mike King (with a troupe of
instrumental backers) unashamedly walks throughout a self-titled CD, laying down all burdens before
the cross while simultaneously offering unconditional glory to God.

Artist: Norman Lee Title: Child of God Genre: Adult Contemporary / Inspirational
Norman Lee’s latest effort, Child of God, builds upon the successes of earlier projects and shows his
continued growth and maturity as both a songwriter and artist. Each track on the album brings something different to the table. The first track, “Save Me”, has a bit of a country feel and is rich with lush
orchestral elements. “Child of God” (the first single currently in rotation on over 100 stations spanning
30 states and growing) immediately changes the pace with a funk-laden groove.
All in all, the album has an overall light-hearted fell but, regardless of the musical tone set for each
track, Norman’s message remains consistent and clear. Unlike some of today’s modern Christian
offerings, Norman never ceases to proclaim the name of Jesus herald the Truth in unabashed terms. In
doing so, he encourages the listener to reach for the heavens, place faith in Christ and never look back.
There’s no reason to wonder this day whom Norman serves—for he makes himself crystal clear.

Trishelle’s heart for worship began at an early age. As a toddler, she would sing along to the Southern
Gospel songs her family so adored. With the completion of her first solo album, Trishelle has definitely
abandoned the quaint stylings of Southern Gospel in favor of a more contemporary, urban-inspired
Praise & Worship style. Gleaning from some of her greatest influences of worship leaders such as Pastor Clint Brown and Fred Hammond, she has created a masterpiece of Modern Worship in “Praise On
Purpose.”
As a former member of the female vocal trio UpSyde, Trishelle gained a great deal of experience both
writing and recording music. Their exploits provided her the opportunity to tour the U.S. and Europe.
Her current project will lead her on the road again with live performances across the country. Listen for

Artist: Anastasis Title: My world, her world, His world, your world Genre: Rock
While Anastasis is guided by the heartfelt vocals and lyrical message of Dave Coleman, it revels in the
wails and melodies that fly from the fingers of guitarists Rodney Zimmerman and Carl Bailey. “My
World, Her World, His World, Your World” openers "Trickster" and "I Am" seem like pretty
straight-ahead hard rockers there might be a bit of a Queensrche influence here but they soon make
their mark with interesting melodic left turns from the guitarists. "Give in to Love" opts for an acoustic
main riff- supported by a combo of chunky distortion and intricate harmonic work- while the woven
vocal harmonies of "Carpe Diem [Run Away]" give way to a soaring chorus. My World, Her World
adjusts fluidly between the rousing Staind-style ballad "Betrayal" and the stinging lead riff and upbeat
rhythm of "Light of Day [The Revelation]" not to mention the crackling guitar pop (and handclaps) of
"Juliet." Sure to appeal to guitar fans, Anastasis should also find favor among those faithful to the
uplifting Christian message.
Artist: Tom Hipps Title: Everybody & Their Brother Genre: Folk Rock
"Everybody & Their Brother" is the first solo record by the popular Minneapolis singer/songwriter
Tom Hipps. Tom has an extensive background in the music industry as a performer, writer and session
vocalist. His songs appeared in the motion picture film "Staring At Headlights" and he has written
music for Chicago's Second City Theater.
As with most of Tom's folk rock musings, he offers hope in the midst of the trials and storms we all
must endure in life. Yet still the hope of heaven seems to be a thread that winds through much of his
material and perhaps binds his faith together. Raw, honest, and emotionally presented, this is a fine first

"Then Went The Demons" is the sophomore effort from Minneapolis-based Tom Hipps. His latest
offering is a bit edgier than his debut record "Everybody & Their Brother" but, like its predecessor,
remains true to Tom's folk rock essence and is steeped in melody, well-placed harmonies and deep
lyrical passion.
Tom uses modern-day language and pop culture imagery to translate the messages of God's word to a
culture full of distraction and passivity. Tom uses his gifts to explore the condition of human life
through the eyes of someone who's "been there and done that". By using the wisdom gained through
difficult and trying times, he is able to demonstrate that the trials we experience in life ultimately produce a stronger, more beautiful version of what we once were.

ARLT’s music is encompassed by a fresh alternative rock sound that promotes hope, change and love

Shawn Anglin, bassist Chris Brown , turntable/midi programmer Michael Murry and drummer

“Rescue” combines heavy-hitting alt-rock sounds with straightforward, inspired lyrics about Christian

Artist: Strive Title: Fire Genre: Rock / Pop
Strive is a piano-driven rock pop band that mixes the arena-friendly style of The Fray with an inspirational message akin to CCM cross-over act Switchfoot. Indeed, some see a physical resemblance
between STRIVE front man Derick Thompson and Switchfoot's Jon Foreman. However, Derick's
vocal resemblance would be more astutely described as akin to Josh Groban with a little Michael
Bolton thrown in for good measure.
Strive has toured extensively, both in the midwest around their Chicago home base and internationally
with extended tours in Brazil and Russia. Derick recounts, "the most memorable gig we have ever
played was to 1,500 orphan kids in a rural city on the outskirts of Moscow."
Artist: Kate Hurley Title: Sleeping When You Woke Me Genre: Folk Rock
Kate Hurley's goal is "to paint an accurate picture of a passionate God". She has been writing music
since she was a little girl and, over the years, has performed at concerts all over the United States and
other countries, including: Russia, Thailand, Brazil, India, Ireland, Germany, Scotland and England.
Kate was a featured artist on the popular "Enter The Worship Circle: Third Circle". She was also
featured on the "Absolute Worship" compilation series.
Kate has also started a non-profit organization called Mercy Projects that unites artists to make projects that will help orphanages and other charities. Part of the profits of "Sleeping When You Woke
Me" goes to orphanages in India, Brazil and Uganda.
Artist: Alcina Title: Of Hearts Left Unnousished Genre: Metal / Hardcore
Alcina formed at the close 2005 in Nashville, TN. With their catchy Metalcore sound similar to Haste
The Day, August Burns Red, and The Showdown, they immediately began building a solid hometown fan base, drawing hundreds of kids to many shows. By the summer of 2006 they self-produced an
EP and began touring in the southeast, along the east coast and throughout the midwest. After playing
generator stages at Cornerstone Festival, they started receiving label attention. Just several months
later they announced their signing to Holdfast Records in front of 400 plus screaming fans. Their 8track EP entitled “Of Hearts Left Unnourished” was recorded in November 2006 at NME Studios in
Nashville, TN. In January, Alcina’s hometown CD release show brought out a sold out audience of over
700 kids, one of the largest local hardcore shows Rocket Town (Michael W. Smith’s club venue) has
ever had.

Artist: Runway 36 Title: Welcome To The Afterall Genre: Alternative / Brit-Pop
Welcome to the Afterall showcases a nouveau Brit rock sound that combines great song-writing, simple acoustic moments, phat “wall of sound” rock guitar, faith-infused lyrics and rich, Beatlesque vocal
harmonies. Taking top honors in the 2006/2007 Club 3 Degrees Band Tournament, appearing in
January, 2007’s edition of CCM Magazine and a high ranking (#11) on ChristianRock.net’s radio
charts are all indicators of the potential Runway 36 brings to the Christian rock scene.
Runway 36 mixes the old with the new in a very convincing way. This is energetic rock ‘n’ roll in the
vein of Weezer, Foo Fighters, Switchfoot and Starflyer 59 at it’s finest.
Artist: In Irons Title: Heartbeat of the Times Genre: Metal / Hardcore
In Irons is a sailing term meaning “having turned onto the wind or lost the wind, stuck and unable to
make headway.” Obviously, there are spiritual implications which can be illustrated through this term.
In Irons, the band, is composed of 5 Christian guys who are passionate about heavy music. Some
would define their sound as melodic hardcore. Others would say it’s strictly metalcore. But, in essence,
it is a mix of industrial, R&B and ‘90’s rock delivered with brutal force. The songs deal with real life
and real problems that we all face. The band is all about being honest by combining a mix of cynicism
with the eternal optimism found in scripture. They’ve found that somewhere in the midst of that
paradoxical mixture is where we experience the reality of our faith. And worship to God is the biggest
expression of that reality. In Irons see their ministry as a platform to inspire, inform, entertain, critique
and worship (at sound levels that make a jackhammer jealous).

Continuing in a long tradition of southern hardcore, Birmingham's All In have been a force to reckon
with influences both new and old. These five fellas offer sincere hardcore without taking themselves
too seriously...A great formula for fun, energetic tunes. Having released their debut album, "Nothing
To Lose", in 2006 on Hand of Hope Records and with extensive touring under their belts, All In have
established and nurtured a solid devoted fan base across the country. Their sophomore effort "Team
U.S.A.", this time on Blood & Ink Records is an even more impressive recording, merging exciting
hardcore with an entertaining theme (all the songs are named after the Dream Team Olympic Basketball
team members). Don't miss out on what's sure to be one of the most talked about new hardcore records
this year.

Taking stylistic cues from a wide variety of electronic arts, Poorly Built Parachute offers an intriguing
debut release jam-packed with energizing beats and a rich, sonic atmosphere. Poorly Built Parachute is
the brainchild of Holdfast Records founder Dave Darr and fellow gizmo-wizard Kevin Tetuan. The
album was a 3-year work in progress, beginning with mere experimentation of cheap electronic music

and voice were recorded and laid down in the mix. Highly influenced by epic movie scores and the
masters of electronic rock like Portishead and Massive Attack, PBP began to develop a unique
