About IVC
§  Illinois Valley Cellular serves Illinois RSA 2, an eight county area running from the Indiana state line and 65 Miles south of Chicago, near Peoria, Illinois and then on towards the Iowa state line.
§  The RSA (Rural Service Area) represents 5,500 Square Miles and serving populaPon of 286,000. Our serving the counPes are LaSalle, Bureau, Putnam, Marshall, Stark, Livingston, Ford and Iroquois.
§ We have operated our network for over 25 years and counPng. With one goal in sight to providing excellent cellular service to the people of North Central Illinois.
IVC Network Info and Plans
§  IVC currently operates a 850 MHz 1x/EVDO rev A network offering voice, data, and messaging service.
§  Completed upgrade to Ericsson EEGS EVDO in 4 Quarter 2013.
§  Recently signed roaming agreement for EVDO/LTE with Sprint.
§  Working with Interop Technologies for messaging and OTA services.
§  Signed contract with NewCore Wireless for LTE switching.
§  Currently building LTE data network on our 850 MHz spectrum or Band Class 5
§ We have a total of 52 Cell Sites in network and adding more.
§ Today IVC has 14 Cell Sites that have Fiber Backhaul.
§ By 3 Quarter 2015 IVC will have 22 Cell Sites on Fiber Backhaul.
