We recommend a dry assembly to ensure all parts fit. PLEASE NOTE: These instructions are specific to a particular door size and type. Adjustments may be needed on your part for changes in specifications and measurements, as well as door types that are different than these. Lay out A1 (L), A2, and A3 with the large mortised grooves facing in and with the small grooves on A1 L and A2 on the bottom edge of the door. Beginning with B1, slide each of the B slats into the one to its right. 2. Once all the (B) slats are together in position, place the bottom slots (tongues) into the groove along the top of A2. Use the 6” Timber Locks to fasten A1 L, A1 R, and A2 and A3 together. Use your fingers and a wrench to fasten the Timberlocks, straight in, avoid going in at an angle. Have a partner help keep the rails square as you install the Timberlocks. 7. Lay A4 over the top of all B slats. Use a drill with a Phillips bit to attach. 8. Place slats A5 and A6 across all B slats to form an X, corner to corner. Use the 1-1/4” Grabber Screws to attach. A6 A4 A5 9. Your Door is ready to hang. RH •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
