Grill the chicken to an internal temperature of 155 degrees F and dice into 1”x 1” cubes. To Serve: Plate the rice and top with the diced chicken and pico de gallo. The butter can be used immediately, or wrapped in parchment paper like a Tootsie Roll, twist ends to close Pepper Steak. Season Pork T-Bone with Lawry’s Touch of Sea Salt Asian Seasoning on both sides. Cook on grill to desired doneness. Chef’s Tip: This compound butter works great on steak as well.
