Introducing Gino’s New Premium Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet made with
fully cooked chicken breast fillet in a crispy breaded coating. This product is
part of our premium range.

Powder, Dextrose, Colouring (E100)), Yellow Cracker Breadcrumb, ((Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Palm Oil, Raising
Agent (E450, E500), Salt, Colour (E100)), Orange Cracker Breadcrumb, ((Corn Starch, Dextrose, Raising Agent
(E450,E500), Salt, Colouring (E160c)), Predust: (Salt, Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Palm Oil), Salt, Anti-oxidant
(Glucose, Sodium Carbonate Dextrose), Palm Oil.
ALLERGENS: Contains Gluten, Wheat.
Cooking Instructions
FROM FROZEN
Remove from all packaging before cooking.
Deep Fry
Pre-heat the oil to 180oC, 350oF. Fully immerse the Chicken Frittes into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Drain and
serve.
Oven Bake
Pre-heat the oven to 200oC, 400oF, Gas Mark 6. Place the Chicken Frittes onto a baking sheet and oven bake for 6-8
minutes, turning occasionally.

handbook.
