LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER MUCH
 Take your child for a morning walk.
 Always wish the people you meet. Greet all with a pleasing smile.
 Have a conversation with your child on any topic.
 Involve your child in simple tasks like filling water bottle, cleaning, watering the plants, setting the table
for meal etc.
 Play interesting games with your child
 Eat green vegetables and fruits everyday.
Drink lots of water to beat the summer heat.
 Inculcate value of time
 Use magic words Please,Thank you, May I,
Excuse me, Sorry etc.

 Holiday homework has to be done on A-4 size
colourful sheets and send it in a folder.
 Kindly mention the name ,class, section and
roll no. at the back of every sheet.

My Neighbourhood
Visit a place near your house (eg. Grocery shop, metro station, garden, clinic, hospital, metro station).
Make scenery of that place on an A-3 size sheet. List the names of things you see there.

Make a stick puppet of any one creation of God.For example –trees, animals, birds,insects, human beings
etc.

Paper Folding Yacht (paper craft)- Refer to page 35 of ‘Colours and Craft’Make a colourful yacht
using printed origami sheet and paste it on a light blue A-4 size pastel sheet. Make water waves
with colours.
 Flower Craft - According to your section ,cut and paste the given flower picture on an A-4 size light
blue pastel sheet. Complete the flower by pasting plastic crayon shavings. You may also outline the
flower by same colour frolika -3D tube.
