UAL RETIREE FLIGHT LISTING GUIDE March 5, 2012 Golden Eagles This guide is furnished to those retirees who need to list for a flight now and who will learn the many other features available later. The PersonalTravelGuide1.pdf, available on the UAL TRAVEL page, is a far more comprehensive reference document. 1) Sign in to our home page http://flyingtogether.ual.com 2) Select TRAVEL 3) Select employeeRES Search All Flights 1) Sign in to our home page http://flyingtogether.ual.com 2) Select TRAVEL 3) Select employeeRES 4) Flight search tool will open. 5) Fill out desired flight info. 6) Select SEARCH 7) Select desired flight after checking info. Select button for more detail. 8) Check detailed boarding info 9) Compare flights by opening detail for than one flight 10) Close a flight detail window by selecting its X icon 11) Pass rider tab shows decision info for vacation pass use VACATION PASS USAGE TECHNIQUES • Watch the pass riders page to see if use of a vacation pass would help improve your boarding priority. In this example, (previous slide) no benefit would result so using one would be a waste. • You may elect to use or not use a vacation pass until one hour before domestic departure, or two hours before international departure. • Travel is often much more open during the week, making it easier to preserve your vacation passes. 12) Select flight by closing details window and select desired flight. 13) Select pass riders, cabin, vacation or personal pass, then submit. 14) add, delete or edit secure document info for TSA requirements, then select CONTINUE. 15) Select payment if any, then select BOOK ITINERARY. 16) Review booking, then select Complete Booking. 17) Check MY TRAVEL PLANS for this new booking after 5-10 min.
