Some
suggestions
• Improvements should be seen within the first
12 hours.
• If bleeding occurs or persists, the diagnosis

A 38-year-old man presents with nausea and vomiting which momentarily relieve
the nausea, very painful diarrhoea accompanied by abdominal cramping. This
is severely affecting his general state of health and is accompanied by marked
debility, and a tendency to lose consciousness.

Nux Vomica 9 CH
5 pills 4 times a day

A young 10-year old girl presents with nausea and vomiting that do not relieve the
nausea. Painless diarrhoea, accompanied by burning stools. This normally active
child is in a very weakened state. Upon examination, bloating of the entire abdomen was detected, with sensitivity to palpation.
