Throughout the entire process, HTS provided an Exchange upgrade, WAN upgrade, and network changes with switch & router upgrades between the two companies (2008), ShoreTel phones (2007/2008), virtualization to Hyper-V environment (2010) with an upgrade in 2012, and WAN upgrade, including Cisco routers (2014). THE RESULTS Since the solutions have been implemented, DOWL has improved network performance. The multiple offices are interconnected, making projects and communication more efficient. The network is stable, freeing up time for employees to concentrate on projects. Honcoop’s level of expertise leaves the employees with confidence that they are getting the most value out of the services.
