Shareholders of Baltimore Technologies plc
To meet David Buchler, Duncan Soukup and Tim Lovell, three of the Acquisitor Holdings’
nominees and also to meet Mr Khezri, the current Chairman and Mr Weaver the CEO
(designate) and any of their nominees should they wish to attend.
The Acquisitor Holdings nominees will explain the reasons why Acquisitor Holdings is seeking
to appoint its slate of Directors at the upcoming EGM on 6 May 2004 and also to explain their
plans for the future of Baltimore.
It is hoped that the Baltimore nominees will also attend and be willing to explain their plans as
well as to address questions from shareholders.
