Our Hospital
Dolan Park Hospital has 4 operating theatres, over 30 bedrooms (all with en-suite facilities) including a
twin private room for friends/family who are having procedures together, a cosmetic dentistry suite, a hair
transplantation suite, extensive pre-operative and post-operative consulting facilities and a non-surgical suite.
Dolan Park Hospital is entirely owned by The Hospital Group and dedicated to these procedures. We are of
course fully regulated by the appropriate industry bodies.

Our Non-Surgical Treatment Centres are available in the UK, Ireland, Spain and the USA. The largest centre and
our own Headquarters is our Hospital in Birmingham, which is located within our surgical and non-surgical facility
set in the countryside. We invest heavily to ensure your experience is enjoyable. For example, our state-of-the-art clinics in Leeds
and Sheffield, are based conveniently in the town centre and have been recently equipped to extremely high
standard to ensure your comfort.
If you are considering facial surgery, whether that is rejuvenation or reshaping a particular feature, you will visit
your local clinic for pre-operative and post-operative advice and aftercare. However, most surgical procedures
are held at Dolan Park Hospital, which is actually the largest specialist cosmetic surgery facility in the world

Facial
A face and/or neck lift, is one of the most commonly performed cosmetic procedures
for both men and women.
Many people feel deeply unhappy about ageing on the outside when they still feel young at heart on the inside. It is
important to realise that a facelift will not change your life, though many ex-patients have revealed that the psychological
benefits exceeded their expectations.
The best patient is someone with jowls, loose neck skin and a general saggy appearance to the skin on the face and
neck. If you also have wrinkles, a facelift can be combined with non- surgical facial rejuvenation for an improved overall
result.

What is involved?
Incisions usually begin above the hairline at the temples, follow the natural line in front of the ear,
curve behind the earlobe into the crease behind the ear, and into or along the lower scalp.
The arrow shows how the area is moved upwards. Facial, neck tissue and muscle may be
separated; fat may be trimmed or suctioned and underlying muscle may be tightened.
After deep tissues are tightened, the excess skin is pulled up and back, trimmed and sutured
into position. Most of the scars will be hidden within your hair and in the normal creases of your
skin.

During your consultation, the Surgeon will evaluate whether or not you are a
suitable candidate and will develop an individual surgical plan designed to suit
your own particular needs.
Eye
Eyelid or eyebag surgery, also known as 'blepharoplasty' can reduce wrinkles and
rejuvenate your face's appearance.
The typical patient is someone with bags under the eyes, wrinkles or drooping layers of skin on the eyelids. These
combined together can create a tired or sad looking appearance that may run in families and is common in both men
and women.
As the eyes are one of the first features we notice, eye surgery can often brighten up the whole face and give the
patient an overall rejuvenated appearance.
Upper eyelid surgery
During upper eyelid surgery, your surgeon will make an incision in the natural skin fold of your eyelid. Next, unwanted
skin, fat, and muscle are removed to give the eye more shape. Once the incision is closed, the scar will be hidden inside
the natural fold of your upper eyelid.
Lower eyelid surgery
During lower eyelid surgery, the surgeon moves or removes fat from under-eye ‘bags’ either through a direct incision just
below the lower lashes or through an incision made inside the lower eyelid. A small amount of skin may also be removed,
but the muscle that closes the eyelid is not touched.

Nose
A Rhinoplasty not only alters the shape and proportion of the nose itself, but may
also enhance the appearance of the whole face.
Many people are unhappy with the shape of their nose. It may have a hump, be too long or wide and in addition,
there are sometimes problems that contribute to breathing difficulties.
All of these conditions can normally be improved with a Rhinoplasty or 'nose job'.
What is involved?
During your consultation the Surgeon will try to determine the changes that you wish to make to your nose. The
Surgeon will then discuss with you the improvements that could be made and develop an individual surgical plan to
suit your particular needs.

Ear
The aim of Otoplasty, or ear reshaping, is to improve the shape and contour of the
ears.
Success will be judged by the new shape and profile achieved. An Otoplasty can be carried out from any age as by the
age of six the ears have reached approximately 90% of their adult size. However The Hospital Group do not perform
ear surgery until the patient is at least 18 years of age.
What is involved?
During your consultation, the Surgeon will determine the changes that you wish to make to your ears.
An Otoplasty could provide significant enhancement to the appearance of the ears for both men and women.

Botox Anti-Wrinkle injections
BOTOX® is a purified protein, which is injected to reduce the activity of the facial muscles causing those deep
ageing lines. The most popular areas for treatment are:

Laser Skin

How does it work?

Hair Removal
We also offer the full range of laser hair removal for body and face.
This is a quick, effective way to deal with unwanted hair and a
very practical alternative to shaving or waxing. Laser hair removal
is normally delivered in a course of 6 treatments to eliminate
all the hair, although the difference is often noticeable after the
first session. Treatable areas include the upper lip, chin, upper
eyebrows, beard area or full face.
Vein Reduction (Vascular) Treatment
If you suffer from unsightly red or purple veins on your face and
body, whether they are caused by smoking, alcohol consumption,
hormone changes or temperature changes; they are very hard to
get rid of naturally. Laser vein treatment provides a very successful
option in terms of reducing and removing these veins. Small, facial
veins can be treated quickly without bruising or complication. The
laser beams target the affected area and homes in on the small red
