“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings
salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, and also to the Greek. For in it
God’s righteousness is revealed from faith to faith, just as it is written: The righteous
will live by faith.” – Romans 1:16-17
We are called to live with confidence in the face of opposition but most are living in
fear and shame, apologizing for their beliefs. The gospel gives us the ability to live
with boldness in a world that opposes everything about God. This week, we will
explore four responses to the gospel, which give us confident hope and assurance
in Christ.

SPEAKER • Will Snipes
Will Snipes lives in Travelers Rest, SC and is a 7th grade Language Arts teacher
at Blue Ridge Middle School in nearby Greer, SC. Will has served in roles such
as Camp Pastor and Director the past 15 summers for Fuge Camps, serving at
locations throughout the United States as well as in the countries of Wales,
Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Canada. In addition, Will writes for LifeWay
publications such as Essential Connection magazine and Parenting Teens.
WORSHIP • Liz Jordan
Elizabeth Jordan or “Liz” is a worship leader based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Since the age of sixteen, she has devoted her life to worship ministry and to
exposing others to the love of Jesus in the best way she knows how, through
music. Ever since the awareness and obedience to the call, Elizabeth has
embraced numerous opportunities that were obviously a part of the Lord’s plan
for her life. With the Lord’s provision and guidance, she has led in many
churches throughout Tennessee and even in Alabama. She is currently a junior
at Trevecca Nazarene University and is majoring in Worship Arts. She remains
active on the chapel worship team and throughout the many ministries
provided by her local church, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
