Her Holiness Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi
The Art of Forgiveness
Thursday, April 19, 8:30 – 10:00am (1.5 CE credits)
Her Holiness Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi will discuss what true forgiveness
really means, the importance of forgiveness for healing and how the
lack of forgiveness blocks us from our true self and keeps us prisoners
of our own emotions. She will show us how when we dare to forgive
both ourselves and others, more light and love penetrates the heart
chakra, which then enables the Higher Self to pour more grace into your life, raising your
consciousness and freeing your personality.
Her Holiness Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi is a dynamic visionary and spiritual master, whose mission
is Global Enlightenment, whose message is Love. An advocate of interfaith dialogue, Sai Maa’s
profound yet timely teachings bridge East and West, old and new, traditional and modern. Sai
Maa skillfully blends the world’s faith and wisdom traditions into a relevant message for today that
has deeply touched thousands in America and throughout the world. Sai Maa is graced with the
extraordinary capacity to communicate in a simple, engaging, and down-to-earth manner. Sai Maa’s
accessibility, intimate and compassionate concern for humanity, distinguish her among today’s
spiritual leaders.

Morphic Fields and Morphic Resonance:
Implications for Healing, Family Memory,
the Collective Unconscious, and Archetypes
Friday, April 20, 8:30 – 10:00am (1.5 CE credits)
It is usually assumed that the laws of nature are fixed, but in an
evolutionary universe the laws may evolve, or be more like habits.
The hypothesis of morphic resonance proposes that there is an
inherent memory in all species, which in the human realm underlies what Jung called the
collective unconscious. Social groups too, like families, have an inherent memory given by
morphic resonance. This hypothesis sheds a new light on the nature of memory.
Rupert Sheldrake, PhD is a biologist and author of more than 75 scientific papers and five books,
including A New Science of Life: The Hypothesis of Formative Causation, The Presence of the Past and
Sense of Being Stared At. He was a Fellow of Clare College Cambridge, and a research Fellow of the

Alchemical Healing
Saturday, April 21, 2:30 - 4:00pm (1.5 CE credits)
True healing does more than just restore a physical state. It’s an
alchemical process of transformation, illness being less of a problem and
more often the solution. At least 60% of illness is a wake up call from
the soul, bringing opportunities for change unlike any other catalyst,
if we would only listen to the wisdom of the body. Alchemical healing
requires us to move away from the concept of merely “fixing” or removing
the disease towards a deeper appreciation of an individual’s journey with the practitioner,
intuitively listening to the pulse of the client’s soul to bring maximum effectiveness to their
practice with minimal effort.
Christine Page, MD has over 30 years of experience in the caring professions both as a medical
doctor, homeopath and teacher. Through her work, she is committed to finding ways to enhance
a state of well-being through enhancement of the intuition, listening to the wisdom of the body
and working in co-operation with the more natural elements of this world. Author of five books,
her latest being Spiritual Alchemy, she has a gift of taking complex ideas and making them simple
to understand and practice. Wherever she is, her message is the same: find your center, live your
truth and celebrate the deepest connections possible.

NEW! One Day Event
Her Holiness
Energizing the Self:
A Special Day of Renewal
Sacred Relationships
Fee: $150 • Wednesday, April 18

Registration is limited. Sign up early to guarantee your place.
Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi
Fee: $30 • Open to the Public
Thursday, April 19, 7:30 – 9:30pm
Do you often wonder about the purpose of relationships?
What are the ingredients of a Sacred Relationship? Is it
even possible? Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi will illuminate for
you the role that fear plays in keeping us from experiencing
the bliss that a divine relationship can offer. She will show
how a relationship is a mirror to our divine Self, and helps
you to grow. With great clarity she will help you to discern
the motivation for entering a relationship and how to grow
and be aware in a relationship. Not just for couples, this
workshop is for all who want to improve their relationships
with others.
We have chosen three unique experiential opportunities
designed to take care of YOU. A great investment of your
time and money, these trainings will help you in every
aspect of your life. You can select two out of the three
workshops listed below, one for the morning and one for
the afternoon, and no pre-registration for your choice is
required. (Sorry, CE credits are NOT available.)
Developing Harmony Through the “Four Centers”
– An Experiential Workshop Using Movements
from the Martial Arts
Dancing in the Light
The term “centered self” describes a person who is in the moment,
energetically and psychologically secure, not spilling or projecting
into the interpersonal field and ready to perceive and authentically
respond to the other. In this experiential workshop you will be
guided through movements and energy work taken from the
martial arts including Aikido, Kenjutsu and Chi Gong with the
goal of exploring “four centers” within our bodies. The greater
the balance and harmony between them, the greater our sense
of “centeredness.” Our specific goals are to: 1) attune to and
modulate our energy in the presence of the other, and 2) maintain
boundaries during compassion and conflict and more fully access
the “authentic self.”
No Fee • Dance Party
Thursday, April 19, 9:30 – 11:00pm
Expand your consciousness further with fun and frolic. We
heard it through the grapevine that you are going to want to
“jump” with joy until the last dance. Meet and connect with
new and old friends.
New Member Networking Reception
No Fee • Cash Bar • Network Event
Friday, April 20, 5:00 – 6:00pm
Rupert Sheldrake, PhD
Peter Sternberg, LCSW has practiced psychotherapy for 30 years
and is a dynamic trainer. He attained a third degree black belt in
Budo Aikido and has studied a variety of other arts: Kenjutsu, and

The Mind Beyond the Brain:
Recent Experimental Evidence
Enhancing the Power of the Intuition
Intuition is our eternal friend whose insights often appear out of
the blue as an “Ah-ha!” This understanding appears with such a
sense of certainty we will stake our lives on it, opening ourselves
to greater clarity, easier decision making, more honest relationships and enhanced health. Intuition is available to everybody
but we often fail to follow its advice due to fear of rejection,
humiliation, change or failure. This experiential workshop will
strengthen your ability to listen to and follow your intuitive
wisdom, bringing benefits to your work and relationships and
a closer connection to your inner truth and true potential.
Fee: $30 • Open to the Public
Friday, April 20, 7:30 – 9:30pm
We have been brought up to believe that our minds are
located inside our heads. This view turns out to be much
too narrow. Our minds may extend beyond our brains in
every act of perception, and affect what we are looking at.
This phenomenon may underlie the sense of being stared
at, for which there is now strong experimental evidence.
Our connections with other people may also underlie the
phenomenon of telepathy. Recent investigations of telepathy
between mothers and babies, and of telephone telepathy,
have yielded highly significant positive results. New tests are
now available online in which participants will be invited to
take part.
Christine Page, MD (See bio on page 2)
Blessings for your Soul
This workshop will immerse you in the grace of Her Holiness
Sai Maa Lakshimi Devi. A team of Master Teachers from Humanity
in Unity will lead you in experiential activities to initiate a process
of transformation and increase your capacity for Enlightenment.
In addition, the Master Teachers will transmit to you Anda Jyotir
Diksha, which is the actual physical transference, activation and
anchoring of Divine Energy, or Shakti passed down through Her
Holiness Sai Maa Lakshimi Devi into the brain, connecting you
to the light of your soul.
Karaoke Fun
Fee: $10 • Open to the Public
Saturday, April 21, 8:00 – 11:00pm
Increase fun and connection. Sing your favorite songs.
See the board of directors imitate their favorite artists.

Breakout Sessions
The conference is organized into 10 tracks. There are four important points to remember: 1) You are NOT required to sign up for a specific track. You can still
attend any workshop at the conference. 2) The purpose is to make the many options less overwhelming. 3) You can create a conference experience that is custom suited
to your needs. 4) Each track has a number from 1 to 10. In the breakout descriptions you will find each workshop has a letter and a number (e.g. A3). The letter stands for
the session, such as A is Thursday AM, and the number stands for the track # (e.g. 3 stands for Specific Approaches). To view the tracks go to Conference at a Glance (P 8-9).
All breakout sessions are eligible for continuing
education credits for nurses, professional counselors,
MFTs, social workers, and drug & alcohol counselors,
unless otherwise noted. Psychologist CE has been
requested through Mandatory Continuing Education
Program (MCEP) for California psychologists for
select sessions. The conference schedule and sessions
approved for psychologists’ CE will be posted on our
website www.energypsych.org at a later date.
Psychologists from other states should check with
their state’s licensing board regarding the transferability of MCEP credit. Topics and presenters are
subject to change. Pre-registration for breakout
sessions is NOT required.

Breakout Sessions
C5. Penetrating the Third Dimension
to Explore the Energetic Roots of
Traditional Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a byproduct of the spiritual practice of ancient masters.
During this practice, these masters were able to
penetrate the world of three dimensions to
observe the eternal and constant energetic
forces of the Universe. The core theories of Yin/
Yang, Meridian Theory and Five-Element Theory
have been the pillars of TCM for several thousand years. In this provocative session, Dr. Lu
explores the true roots of TCM and its underlying secret, Qi or vital energy. He also demonstrates the relationship of Qi to organ functionality and emotional stability at its deepest level.
Nan Lu, OMD. See bio on page 4.

D7. Gene Expression and Energy
Psychology: The Science Behind the
Effectiveness of Energy Psychology
A frequent criticism of Energy Psychology is: it
works, but where’s the science behind it? Until
the field establishes solid scientific research and
a credible set of theories that explain the mechanisms at work, its spread among licensed
health professionals, hospitals, and clinics will
necessarily be limited. Even ardent supporters
of Energy Psychology often are unaware of how
good the science is behind these practices. This
presentation aims to provide a clear scientific
understanding of the precise physiological
mechanisms at work, and enable attendees to
explain some of the research and theoretical
basis for the practice of these methods.
Dawson Church, PhD is an author, editor and publisher who has played a leading role in publishing
over the last two decades. His most recent books like,
Soul Medicine, co-written with Norman Shealy, MD,
PhD, demonstrate Energy Psychology’s scientific
foundations.
D8. Addressing the Deeper Structures
with PEP - Psychoanalytic Energy
Psychotherapy
The PEP approach to work with deep and complex personality constellations, including the

and parts can be addressed to broaden the
scope of Energy Psychology.
Phil Mollon, PhD, developer of Psychonalytic Energy
Psychotherapy, is a psychoanalyst, psychotherapist
and clinical psychologist. He teaches Energy
Psychology widely in the UK, is a visiting fellow at the
University of Hertfordshire and head of psychology
services at the Lister Hospital. He is the author of a
number of books addressing trauma, shame, selfpsychology and EMDR.
D9. Blending Virginia Satir and

F4. Mind, Buddha, and Energy
Psychology: Neuroscience and the
Healing Principles of Tibetan Five
Elements Practice
Tibetan Buddhism views all phenomena as
energy. The Five Elements practice uses visualization, sound, and breath to shift energy patterns in the body and mind. This presentation
integrates neuroscience in examining the healing principles of this ancient meditation, and
the application to EP.
B. Raven Lee, PhD, LCSW is a Jungian psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker specializing in

F6. Throw the Book at Them!
Putting the “Energy” into Energy
Psychology Publishing
Bringing EP to a wider audience will require
top-notch publishing efforts. But how to
ensure that its message is delivered effectively and with the greatest possible success?
Dawson Church draws on 25 years’ publishing
experience to shed light on this sometimesdaunting process.
Dawson Church, PhD. See bio on page 10.
F7. Trauma, Transformation and Healing:
Restoring the Mind/Brain/Body
Continuum
Behavioral science must redefine trauma in a
neurophysiological format incorporating the
somatic elements of procedural memory. The
concept of trauma will be presented as a sharply
defined capsule containing procedural memory for conscious and unconscious experiences
of the mind and body. Methods of healing
basically must involve extinction of these intrusive experiences.

chaos that frequently ends in retraumatization.
This workshop focuses on integrating EFT and
choices into therapy with children.

What is Energy Psychology (EP)?
Based on an integration of quantum physics, psychology, Eastern
medicine, and spirituality, EP posits that psychological problems
are a reflection of disturbed bio-energetic patterns. EP methods
help clients learn tools to directly influence these patterns. Clients
learn skills to self-regulate, rapidly reducing symptoms of stress,
anxiety, anger, trauma, guilt, shame and depression. The mind-body
connection involves a two-way communication system modulated by
the energy pathways and centers of the body. EP utilizes these energy
pathways while working with disturbances in thought and emotion
to more rapidly and thoroughly effect change. EP provides tools to
quickly assess unconscious beliefs and resistances, release limiting
beliefs and blocked emotions, promote readiness to change and
strengthen positive attitudes.
