Hycorr VO Series
Need precise print registration hold and superior sheet control from your rotary diecutter? Hycorr VO series
utilizes a vacuum transfer system for greater sheet control to ensure superior print tolerances, less waste and
less production slowdowns. Hycorr’s closely spaced, anodized aluminum wheel design supports and conveys
the board with more precision. The vacuum around the impression roll delivers continuity. Low clearance
between wheel seal plates and five damper vacuum zones minimize air flow. And low air flow translates into
less ink drying on the printing plate.
Hycorr SC Series
For the optimum in high quality graphics: Hycorr SC series precision plus Servo-Drive technology is the winning
combination in this state-of-the-art innovation. Satisfying the most discriminating eye, this rotary diecutter can
print within tolerances undetectable by the naked eye. Hycorr SC3 Servo-Drive platforms include a Three-Servo
Drive Machine equipped with a separate Servo-Drive for the feed and print sections, die-mount cylinder and
the anvil cylinder. The Full-Servo Drive Machine (SCF) employs additional Servo-Drives for the sheet feeder,
feed section pull rolls, each print cylinder, each anilox roll, and each vacuum transfer unit for the ultimate in
performance and precision.
