Located in the Davis Mountains of West Texas, this elevation provides a comfortable year round climate. The average summer high is 88° with low humidity and the average winter low is 30°. Star parties are held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evenings giving visitors the opportunity to look through multiple telescopes and view different celestial objects.
