2014 Report
Coitsville Campus
2014 marked a very significant event and celebration
in my life as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
After receiving Jesus as my Savior in October 1970,
hearing a call to ministry in 1972, I worked my last day
at General Motors, Lordstown Plant November 1st, 1974,
entering the (youth) pastorate by faith at Corinth Assembly
of God, Kinsman, Ohio.
Thus November 2014 marked forty years as a full-time
vocational minister.
In recognition of that milestone and to more fully
step into my call as Overseer of Victory Christian Center,
I officially became Bishop with the laying on of hands by
Bishops Joseph Garlington, Tommy Reid, and Robert Stearns on November 9th in an Elevation Service. My wife, our
Eldership, Campus Pastors, and several spiritual sons also
were participants.
co-labored with Christ according to Matthew 16:18 and
John 5:19.
We have worked diligently, we have prayed, fasted,
and did our best to lead. But quite honestly many have
done these things and done them better than us without
seeing the amazing fruit we have.
Those present will never forget the Presence of God
being tangible in this most humbling service (for me) in
recognizing the mantle on my life as Bishop.
We would say of ourselves that we are some of the
least of these, the weak things of the world God chooses to
use and He gets the glory! See 1 Corinthians 1.
I continue to lead the Coitsville Campus of VCC while
overseeing our now eight campuses as Bishop.
The eighth campus of Victory Christian Center became a reality in January with the former Western Reserve
Community Church Boardman, Ohio voting to become
a campus of VCC and the installation of Mark Cuprik as
Campus Pastor.
In closing I do share the following verse as a key truth
of God that has led us over these decades.
Matthew 9:17 AMP Neither is new wine put in old
wineskins; for if it is, the skins burst and are torn in pieces,
and the wine is spilled and the skins are ruined. But new
wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.
As Mark and Charon Cuprik had met Christ at VCC Coitsville twelve years prior, this was a remarkable occasion!
As we see it the wine is sacred and represents Holy
Spirit. The wineskin represents structure, is significant, but
not sacred. We see the healthy balance of honoring God
Who desires to do the supernatural things of The Spirit
of God, but acknowledging He looks for healthy, flexible
wineskins (structure) that will move with and accommodate His wine.
What a miracle we who call VCC home are participating in!
At Coitsville First Assembly of God church, 46 people
gathered on Sunday morning June 25th, 1978. That same
evening the 25 voting members asked a 26 year old to
become their Pastor.
No one BUT GOD could have imagined what would occur over these years to see the now Victory Christian Center
be one church, many locations!
We are committed to the healthy balance of hearts
that pursue God, value the supernatural, love the mysteries
of God along with valuing the integrity of leading well and
doing business in the spirit of excellence.
When we look back over these years we give God
100% of The Glory for the people who have come to know
Christ, those called to ministry, those serving on the mission field, lives changed for all of eternity, individuals and
families changed generationally, and many millions of dollars sown into missions locally and internationally!
Loving God completely, loving people unconditionally,
and loving life enthusiastically is who we are at VCC based
upon Matthew 22:36-40 and John 10:10b.
My wife Pastor Kathie and I are so blessed, honored
and favored by God to be your Pastors! Campuses, I am so
honored to be your Bishop! And Victory family from Elders
to those who just felt called to VCC you are amazing in
every sense of the word! We love you!
In time to come it will be asked, “What made these
people unique? Why in a time when many churches declined did VCC continue to grow and expand?”
Our answer would be first and foremost to bring Jesus,
the builder of His Church the praise and honor for what He
has done! If we have done anything right, it is that we have

New Wilmington Campus
We have been experiencing a fresh move of God in
worship and teaching which continues to change lives
and impact our world around us. We celebrate the new
families that are linking arms with us in membership
and leadership. We have been blessed to have an intern
from Westminster College that is with us from September 2014 through May of 2015, Mackenzie Thomas.
She’s been a blessing and predominately works with our
youth.
Missions have been active:
• With the Trotters, (Heavens Family) giving micro
business loans, bicycles and working with human trafficking.
Borough. In August we celebrated this accomplishment
with great joy! We are now a step closer to The Village
development.
• We had people be a part of the Haiti Mission Trip
this past year.
• Richard Welch (Uganda Water Project) and his family, including their two pre-schoolers, had an extended 6
weeks in Uganda which was very successful.
Victory Kidz
VK sent 20 kids to the Victory Kidz Camp, “World
Changers” this year. It is amazing how those six days
have and will continue to impact their lives!
• We sent 160 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas
Child! Thank you to Martha Martin and team for heading
that up.
NWC/VK continues to support their own missionary,
Pete Cung and his orphanage in Myanmar.
• NWC is also involved in a ministry called PB &
J (Packing Backpacks with Joy). This ministry feeds
children in the New Wilmington school district that are
otherwise hungry each weekend. We have a team that
links with the New Wilmington churches to provide this
service.
Revolution Youth did an awesome job with a 30
Hour Famine to support World Vision. Rice and Beans
tasted pretty good after 30 hours! Andrew Hedglin was
hired part time to work with our youth and had them
busy with Cedar Point, Skyzone, and a C4 Youth camping event, as well as The Hunger Games Fall Retreat. All
of these made a rich Holy Spirit deposit in the youth.
This was the 24th Annual Stoneboro Fair Parking event
that our church linked arms with the youth to earn their
budget for the year! Great job Andrew!
• We continue to have strong reports from the
weekly prison ministry.
• We provide church service each week to Overlook
nursing home and greatly appreciate the commitment
from the people that reach out in these departments.
Grateful
We celebrated 32 years of marriage and 34 years
serving the NW body! What an incredible journey we
have been on as a couple, with our family, our pastors,
our deacons and our church family. We are very thankful
for this local body that believes with us and loves God,
loves people and loves life! Finally, what a pleasure it is
to have Bishop David and Pastor Kathie Thomas and our
Victory Family (all 8 campuses) laboring with us.
The two All-Campus events that take place on the
NW Campus were well attended.
The “Journey to the Cross” experience at Easter
continues to grow every year as the word gets out of the
impact it has on people’s lives. This year the count was
400 plus!
The “Harvest Festival” in October was back in full
swing with 750 people attending from all the campuses
and once again we were blessed with the most beautiful
weather and some great chili!
Looking forward to all God has for us in 2015!
Physical Changes
NWC experienced water well issues which limited
water use and availability during the past year. God
opened the door for us to install a water line from the

Columbiana Campus
VCC Family,
Sheri and I are thankful of what God has been doing at Victory@
Columbiana and give Him all the praise for it.
In 2014, the Lord instructed me to begin a series on the Grace
of God. Little did I know that the rest of the year and into 2015, I
would be preaching on this amazing topic of grace.
The Father has been helping us to grow in that Grace all year
long. We have seen some great victories in people who have taken
hold of this message.
Like all years, there have been challenges. However, we take
great encouragement in the fact that we stand on Philippians 4:19
which states,
“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus”, and Romans 5:1-5
which says, “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2
through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory
of God. 3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance;
4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God
has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
Victory@Columbiana remains healthy and strong. Many of our folks view the church as their family and
the love of God truly shines through them.
I would like to mention all of our volunteers who help to keep Victory and Columbiana neat and clean.
Many of them scrub toilets, clean floors, wash windows, and do all they can to keep the church in a spirit of
excellence. Thank you all!
We would like to thank all of the VCC team, and the Campus Pastors for helping us along this journey. We
could not do it without you! And thank you to Bishop David and Kathie (Dad and Mom), whose support and
love goes far beyond words.
Sincerely,
Pastor Randy & Sheri Morocco

Liberty Campus
Ephesians 3:20 (NKJV)
Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly
abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us...
2014 was a year of abundant blessing upon Liberty Campus. First Lady Gloria and I celebrated six incredible years June 8th with a wonderful celebration
as Pastor Alonzo Waters from our New Castle campus
ministered the word.
I believe when we look back on 2014 in the future
it could be said that was the year of abundant increase in every facet of ministry.
After receiving a thorough, biblical instruction on
what is Holy Spirit and how you receive him, many
received the evidenced power of Holy Spirit during
these classes.
It is with awe and wonder that I consider all the
Lord has done at Liberty. June 1, 2008 I get a phone
call from my Spiritual Father, Bishop David L. Thomas
which would forever change the course of my life. I
never dreamed nor desired to Pastor anyone’s church,
But God! I will never forget the words spoken to me
“We’ve had a change at Liberty and we believe you
are the man to go in and lead that campus.” It is truly
only by the power of God we’ve been able to celebrate “Greater” each year!
A very pivotal and life-changing series entitled
“What a Difference a Dime Makes” launched in November. This series taught the principles of Giving,
Sowing and Believing God for increase in every area
of our lives. Hearing the many testimonies of our
church family, seeing the miraculous works of Jesus in
their lives due to their obedience to God come to fruition made the time of Prayer, Direction and Teaching
all worthwhile. I believe our church will never be the
same in the area of sowing and reaping!
Operation Impact continues to be one of the
bedrock ministries at Liberty. Matthew 25: 35-36 “for
I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and
you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me
in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and
you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.” I
believe there to be a mandated call upon this house
to be an existential blessing to it’s community. It is
with the Love of Jesus Christ that we show intentional acts of kindness while impacting culture in our
Jerusalem.
New Years Eve service was an All-campus event
held at the Coitsville Campus. Over 1000 people filled
the worship center to celebrate 2014 and highly
anticipate 2015. “Reclaiming the Time” is our theme
for 2015 as we believe what the prophet Joel spoke
“The Lord says, I will give you back what you lost”. We
believe we are on the cusp of the greatest outpouring of Holy Spirit we have ever experienced. First Lady
Gloria and I are beyond humbled to serve alongside
such amazing people at Victory Christian Center.
2014 was by far one of the greatest years we
have experienced in the area of salvations! 180+
souls accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior…this is
nothing more than a Hallelujah and All Glory to God.
It is truly my desire that the people of God lives be
changed from the inside out. We also began Discipleship classes here at Liberty: Discipleship 101; Tithing
& Stewardship; Healthy Servant Leadership; Ministry
Readiness; The R Factor and the last course Holy
Spirit, which is taught by First Lady Gloria and I.
Our Best is yet to come!

New Castle Campus
Psalm 31:19
Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for
those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who
trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!
It is amazing the way God works everything out for our
good, when we love Him and walk according to His purpose. As
2014 has come to an end there is a shout of victory from within
the New Castle Campus after a long year.
The Bible says that the Kingdom of God sufferers violence
but the violent take it by force and in 2014 we began a journey
to take back our city, families and everything else the enemy has
stolen. We joined Christians from all over the city in downtown New Castle to pray and reclaim our city on
the National Day of Prayer, sowed into after-school programs that minister to underprivileged children in
the housing projects and helped minister to and feed over 500 people as we linked arms with pastors in
the Annual Community Unity Day Service in our city.
We’ve seen so many lives transformed throughout 2014 within and outside of the four walls of the
church and in 2015 we will continue to be world changers taking the love of Christ outside the four walls
of the church.
The Bible says to whom much is given; much is required and truly the New Castle Campus ended
the year being blessed beyond our wildest imagination with the purchase of a new building at 2009 N.
Mercer St. in New Castle. This facility will give us the opportunity to grow and impact the city in an even
greater capacity.
We give God all the glory for the great things He has done as well as much gratitude to Bishop David
and Kathie Thomas as well as the Campus Pastors and Elders for believing in the vision and sowing into
the destiny of our campus and city throughout these six years.
Looking back from 2014 to 2008 and seeing where God has brought our campus is amazing and we
decree and declare that “THE BEST IS YET TO COME!”
Sincerely,
Pastor Alonzo L. and Jodi Waters

2014 Report
Warren Campus
God continues to bathe us with His presence
as we are determined to prepare the atmosphere
every time we meet. Each time we gather together
God allows us to experience His love and encouragement, further drawing us closer to Him. This
process of rejuvenation then allows us to better
show love toward others. For that we give Him
thanks!
This past year our Warren Campus saw continued health and vitality. Many came to know Christ
in a personal way for the first time. There were others who made the decision to be water baptized.
We saw healings and other manifestations of His
Spirit at work in our midst. The church is alive!
ministry continues to grow to meet the various
needs of our ladies.
There were several new ministries that began and others expanded. Our 5th and 6th Grade
young people began to meet on a regular basis as
our GAP (God’s Anointed Preteens) Ministry formed
under the capable direction of Pastor Rob Bateman
and his team. Pastor Rob and Tammy continue to
lead an explosive and growing youth ministry each
week. Many teens have given their hearts to Christ
and are growing and being nurtured by the adult
leadership.
Our campus is greatly enhanced by the ministry of Pastor Mikel Lagaras. As our Senior Associate
Pastor, he lifts up my hands in countless ways. His
wisdom and friendship have been invaluable to
me and to our church family. He is also our chief
worship leader, sharing his heart and leading us to
Heavenly places each week. We love and appreciate the worship teams that Pastor Mikel leads as
well as the tech team and others behind the scenes
that help to make our services run smooth each
week.
Jean Wengerd and her team lead our Victory
Kidz Ministries. There are always smiling faces and
joy-filled hearts emanating from those rooms each
time they meet. The teaching team show Jesus in
their ways and in their words, helping to feed the
spirits of our growing little ones. We so appreciate
Jean and her dedication to VK.
It is a joy to serve this campus under the leadership of Bishop David and Pastor Kathie Thomas.
Their love and support has been invaluable during
each season. As they lead Victory Christian Center
to greater heights, our love for one another grows
deeper each year.
Pastor Dan Prox and his team of fellow disciplemakers have led dozens through the ROAD, helping them to find their place of ministry while growing deeper in their faith. Pastor Dan’s wife, Marilyn,
is our office manager. She keeps all of us together
with her skill set and mother’s heart. We love this
couple and their family.
Jesus is certainly the reason we exist. He gives
us life. As we lift Him up He promises to draw all
men to Himself. I believe that 2015 will be a year of
continued growth and health for our campus. He
continues to show Himself faithful as we serve Him
together.
In His loving service,
We added a new team member in 2014 as Pastor Toni Lagaras joined us on staff. She is a gifted
teacher and incredible leader. The women’s ministries is now called “Sisterhood.” They have greatly
benefited from her guidance and wisdom. That

Vienna Campus
Greetings in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ,
2014 was a year of rebuilding, celebration and presence for the Vienna Campus. We began the year with a
powerful time of fasting and prayer that I believe set the
atmosphere for what The Lord wanted to do throughout
the year.
With the help of some very dedicated leaders and
volunteers we were able to complete many of the much
needed renovations at our campus. Many people rolled
up their sleeves and came together in unity, but there
were a few people that I must mention that went above
and beyond the call of duty. There is no way the work
would have been completed without the many hours
and long nights put in by Tod Mackey and Walt Brown,
they have truly been a blessing to me and the campus
as a whole.
Kimberly Collier has done a great job as our Children’s Ministry Leader and it shows in the love that the
children have for her and The Lord. With the help of her
team she put together the first of many, fantastic children’s Christmas productions…all of this while attending VSOM. She’s such a committed woman of God and
I’m thankful to have her as a spiritual daughter.
All of these renovations were done in preparation
for our very exciting and well attended Grand Opening
Celebration. It was such an honor for so many of our
VCC family members to come together and make this
such a special event. It was one of the many ways that I
witnessed first hand that we are truly ONE CHURCH with
many locations. The highlight of the event was having
Bishop Thomas and Pastor Kathie in attendance for all
three of the Celebration services as well as honoring
former Pastor’s Bill Stevens and Gary Roy.
My wife and best friend (Danielle) has truly stepped
into her calling as she’s led our weekly prayer meetings,
assisted with several level 1 & 2 classes of The ROAD and
led our ladies on their first Women’s retreat. She’s such a
blessing to me and I couldn’t make this journey without
her.
We also had the opportunity to bless several families in our community for Thanksgiving and Christmas
with food and toys. We fed the teachers at Matthews
High school for Teacher Appreciation Day. We also held
our first annual community bonfire and chili cook off.
We saw God show up in many powerful ways
through the miraculous…one of the more notable
miracles was when we prayed for a man that was born
with one leg shorter than the other and as we prayed I
could literally feel his leg growing out in my hand, this
man was also one of several people who were filed the
Baptism of The Holy Spirit this year.
Danielle and I are so honored to be a part of VCC
and we are truly grateful to serve under Bishop Thomas
and Pastor Kathie. Their love, support and leadership
mean more to us than words could express.
We saw many people experience the greatest
miracle of all…Salvation! One of those who received
Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior was a Muslim man
that had been coming to our campus for about a year,
he was also filled with The Holy Spirit.
After writing this report, I’m reminded of the old
Lindell Cooley song…Look What The Lord Has Done!
As a result of these new Salvations we held two
water baptisms, at one of them we baptized 14 people,
it was powerful to see whole families making that public
declaration of their commitment to their Savior.
Blessings,
Pastor Tyler Wolfe has done an amazing job in
several areas of our campus but particularly in our youth
department. He’s heavily involved at one of our local
schools and goes over and above all expectations. He is
a man of character and integrity and I’m proud to have
him as my right hand man and my Spiritual Son.

2014 Report
Boardman Campus
On December 1st, 2013, twenty-six members of
Western Reserve Church voted unanimously to become
Victory Christian Center. So, on January 5th, 2014, we
officially became Victory@Boardman! Hallelujah! We had
many challenges ahead of us, but what an amazing hard
working team we have. The church embraced every
part; from a broken boiler, rearranged pews, clutter,
dust, cold, and mess. Through it all, we kept growing!
Extended space. What a treat to learn our property
had a pavilion and fire pit. Our new church family, about
250 of us, came together and celebrated with food,
games, and fellowship. Then, in the fall we again used
our pavilion for a family-friendly chili cook-off. He takes
the dead things and makes them new!
This year we launched an array of different and powerful ministries. One of the ministries that we started is
called Carriers of the Flame. We have had some powerful
speakers, including Pastor Alonzo Waters, Johannes Amritzer, Brian Gibbs, and our very own Pastor Mark Cuprik!
During these services we have seen healings, powerful
worship, and amazing preaching.
One Kingdom aspect that has bloomed at Victory@
Boardman is the fact that we have multiple generations.
One of the greatest elements about this is that all the
generations are really connecting.
Creation Station
We have so many babies! This year we have filled
our little nursery rooms to maximum capacity. This ministry is planting seeds of love.
Women’s Ignite
Our women’s small group is blooming. On the
second Monday of every month several women join
together to strengthen their relationship with God and
with one another. The presence of the Lord is thick and
tangible at these meetings. Normally, when the services
are dismissed, the women stay in the sanctuary and
soak in the presence of God for up to an hour.
Victory Kidz
Talk about a party! The kid’s ministry at our campus is thriving. As these kids meet two to three times
a week, they are getting an awesome opportunity to
grow together, learn the Word of God and build relationships with one another that will last!
Men After God’s Own Heart
Every Sunday morning at 8:30am, several men
consistently come to church to take part in our men’s
ministry! This small group is equipping the men to lead
their home the way the Bible intended and lean on the
shoulders of those around them. When worship begins
at 10:30, our altars are flooded with these men looking
to pursue God’s heart!
GAP
Fifth and sixth graders are being taught how to live
a fearless life. They have completed weekly challenges
all year that are geared toward inviting friends to church
and telling people about what Jesus did for them. These
students are learning God’s heart for them and building
Kingdom connections with one another.
Revolution
FIRE! Our youth students are on fire for the Lord.
Over the summer, all eight of our campuses joined
together to worship God. Over 200 students were totally
engulfed in what God was doing there. Since then our
youth group has grown together spiritually and in unity!
What is next for 2015? We have launched our young
adult ministry, Fusion. We have been having it on a
weekly basis, and there is a fire that is spreading as a
result. In 2015, we also plan on finishing remodeling
our basement. We cannot wait to see what God does in
2015! The Atmosphere of Expectation is the Breeding
Ground for Miracles!
In all of our youth ministries we have an influx of
tremendous volunteers who give of their time to sow
into this next generation. Without these people who
give of their time and resources, none of this would be
possible.
